Formula One V6 turbo: 2014 Rules Explained
Transforming Formula One: 2014 Rules Explained: CGI Clip A new clip from Red Bull sees Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel explain the 2014 Formula One regulations -- which are arguably the most complex the sport has ever seen. At the start, thousands of car parts simultaneously assemble around Dan to form the RB10. As Dan races to catch up Seb in his RB9, the World Champion's car becomes transparent while travelling at full speed. The film then presents a visual sequence that shows the 2014 regulation changes taking shape and coming to life, as Seb's car transforms into an RB10. As well as providing information on the new technical changes for 2014, the clip also presents a unique view of the technology at work inside this year's Formula One cars. Release The Draguar! Building a Blown Jaguar Rat Rod - Roadkill Episode 7
On this episode of Roadkill, Freiburger and Finnegan do unspeakable things to a '74 Jaguar XJ12, one of about 4,700 made. Namely, they cut a giant hole in the hood and install a Weiand 6-71 Supercharger and twin Holley carburetors on the 350ci Chevy V8 that was already installed in the car when it was purchased for $1,000. But things can never be easy, so the Supercharger installation is staged in the parking lot of Gotelli Speed Shop in South San Francisco. Then the duo hits the road, making their way to Sacramento Raceway, where they can finally unleash "The Draguar" at the strip. Roadkill appears every fourth Friday on the new Motor Trend channel. http://www.youtube.com/motortrend Subscribe now to make sure you're in on all the action! http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=motortrend Facebook - http://facebook.com/motortrendmag & http://facebook.com/hotrodmag Twitter - http://twitter.com/motortrend Google+ - https://plus.google.com/101867967859016552744/posts Website - http://www.motortrend.com & http://www.hotrod.com

Twice a winner in Monaco, Coulthard was team-mate to Mika Häkkinen in the Finn's two Drivers' Championship-winning seasons for McLaren Mercedes before helping establish the Red Bull team. His best Drivers' Championship finish was second in 2001. After retiring from racing in Formula One, Coulthard continued to be involved with the Red Bull Racing team as a consultant,[5] as well as joining the BBC as a Television commentator and pundit. He returned as an active driver in the DTM series for 2010, piloting a 2008 Mercedes-Benz C-Class for Mücke Motorsport. He has finished in 16th position in the drivers championship in both years of competing in the series.[6] On 18 October 2012, Coulthard announced retirement from racing after the 2012 DTM season, his final race planned to be on 21 October 2012 at Hockenheim. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Coulthard Nico Erik Rosberg (born 27 June 1985 in Wiesbaden, West Germany) is a racing driver for the Mercedes GP Formula One team. He races under the German flag in Formula One, although he competed for Finland earlier in his career. He holds dual nationality of these two countries.[1] Rosberg won the 2005 GP2 Series for the ART team, having raced in Formula 3 Euro Series previously for his father's team. For the 2010 Formula One season, Rosberg joined the re-branded Mercedes team, formed by Mercedes's takeover of 2009 constructors' champions Brawn GP. Rosberg finished outside the points in the first two races of the season in Australia and Malaysia, finishing twelfth and thirteenth respectively. At the Chinese Grand Prix, Rosberg gained the first pole position of his career, beating Lewis Hamilton's qualifying time by over half a second.[19] Rosberg took advantage of his grid position to storm to his maiden victory finishing over 20 seconds ahead of second-placed Jenson Button who fell back after a pit-stop error. In this way Rosberg took his first points of the season and Mercedes's first win since Juan Manuel Fangio won the 1955 Italian Grand Prix, prior to their withdrawal from the sport.[20] In addition to that, Rosberg became the first German driver to win a Grand Prix driving a German car since Hermann Lang´s victory at the 1939 Swiss Grand Prix and the first driver to win a Grand Prix during a life of his father who also achieved a Grand Prix victory in Formula 1. 2013 Rosberg will stay at Mercedes for the 2013 season where he will be partnered with Lewis Hamilton after Hamilton signed a three-year contract with the team. Carjam Car Radio Show -- A Car Show About People Website: http://www.kclr96fm.com/presenters?id=531 Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/carjamradio Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/CarjamRadio Ayrton Senna da Silva born March 21, 1960 -- May 1, 1994) was a Brazilian racing driver. A three-time Formula One world champion, he is widely regarded as one of the greatest drivers of all time.[2] He was killed in a crash while leading the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix and is to date the last driver to die at the wheel of a Formula One car. Senna began his motorsport career in karting, moving up to open-wheel racing in 1981 and winning the British Formula 3 championship in 1983. He made his Formula One debut with Toleman-Hart in 1984 before moving to Lotus-Renault the following year and winning six Grands Prix over the next three seasons. In 1988, he joined Frenchman Alain Prost at McLaren-Honda. Between them, they won all but one of the sixteen Grands Prix that year and Senna his first World Championship. Prost claimed the championship in 1989 and Senna his second and third championships in 1990 and 1991. In 1992, the Williams-Renault combination began to dominate Formula One. Senna nonetheless managed to finish the 1993 season as runner-up, winning five races and negotiating a move to Williams in 1994. Senna is regarded as one of the greatest drivers in the history of Formula One.[3][4][5] In 2009, a poll of 217 current and former Formula One drivers conducted by the British magazine Autosport named Senna as the greatest Formula One driver.[2][6] He was recognised for his qualifying speed over one lap and from 1989 until 2006 held the record for most pole positions. He was especially quick in wet conditions, as shown by his performances in the 1984 Monaco Grand Prix, the 1985 Portuguese Grand Prix, and the 1993 European Grand Prix. He also holds the record for most victories at the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix -- six (leading to his nickname of "Mr. Monaco") -- and is the third most successful driver of all time in terms of race wins. Senna courted controversy throughout his career, particularly during his turbulent rivalry with Alain Prost and the then French-led, FIA. Both the 1989 Championship won by Prost and the 1990 Championship won by Senna were decided by collisions between them at those years' Japanese Grands Prix. carjamradio "car jam radio" "car radio show" "car talk radio show" "carjam" ferrari subaru toyota ford "car talk" "bbc top gear" lotus fiat "alfa romeo" hot sexy new nissan fast Porsche suv "celebrity car" maserati vw "road test" "road review" "car test" "road report" "driving test" audi 4x4 estate f1 "formula one" "classic cars" evo "best car ads" "funny car ads" funniest "fail" "sexy car ad" impreza "great car ad" "banned car ad" "high speed" "tractor" "rally car" crashes accidents

Caterham 620R slays Volkswagen Golf GTI - Caterham's fastest ever road car tested
The Caterham 620R is one of the world's most extreme lightweight sports cars ever built. Steve Sutcliffe puts it to the test. SUBSCRIBE to Autocar: http://youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=autocar The Caterham 620R packs wide-track front suspension, a supercharged 2.0-litre Ford Duratec motor producing 311bhp and 219lb ft driving the back wheels through a straight-cut, sequential six-speed gearbox and limited-slip differential. It is a few ancillaries away from being a race car, and not much this side of a hypercar such as the Bugatti Veyron could keep pace with it. It is extreme in a way only drivers of a BAC Mono or Ariel Atom could understand. The fastest Caterham road car ever is also one of the most intoxicating. Autocar, the world's leading motoring magazine and website, delivers industry-leading news, the most in-depth car reviews and opinion from our team of experts.
