Kawasaki Z750 R Show Kawasaki motorcycles are manufactured by the Motorcycle & Engine division of Kawasaki Heavy Industries at plants in USA, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. Kawasaki logo from 1961 to 1967, which appears on motorcycles of that period. Kawasaki Aircraft initially manufactured motorcycles under the Meguro name, having bought out an ailing motorcycle manufacturer called Meguro Manufacturing Co. Ltd with whom they had been in partnership earlier, but later formed Kawasaki Motor Sales.Some early motorcycles display an emblem with "Kawasaki Aircraft" on the fuel tank. During the merger in 1962, Kawasaki engineers were engaged in the development of a four-stroke engine for small cars which ended in 1962 with some of the engineers transferred to the Meguro Works to work on the Meguro K1 and the SG, a single cylinder 250 cc OHV. In 1963, Kawasaki and Meguro merged to form Kawasaki Motorcycle Co.,Ltd. Kawasaki motorcycles from 1962 through 1967 used an emblem which can be described as a flag within a wing. Work continued on the Meguro K1, a copying of the BSA A7 500 cc vertical twin and on the Kawasaki W1. The K2 was exported to the U.S. for a test in response to the expanding American market for four-stroke motorcycles in which case it was rejected for a lack of power but by the mid-1960s, Kawasaki was finally exporting a moderate number of motorcycles. The Kawasaki H1 Mach III in 1968, along with several enduro-styled motorcycles to compete with Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda, increased sales of Kawasaki units.

カワサキ・エリミネーター(ELIMINATOR)とは、川崎重工 が製造販売するオートバイである。なお名称は「排除 るもの」という意味。 他社がハーレーダビットソン社製のクルーザーに似たス タイルを採用する中、従来のクルーザーと違いドラッグ レーサーをコンセプトに開発されたマシンである。 このドラッグスタイルは、後に登場するヤマハのV-MAX、 ンダのX4に受け継がれている。 ELIMINATOR250・ELIMINATOR250V ELIMINATOR250は1987年に発売された。デザインは上位同様で エンジンはGPX250Rの並列2気筒を流用している。 1988年には400同様にSE・LX仕様としてモデルチェンジされ が、この時のモデルには海外向けに別仕様のエンジン 搭載する車両も存在していた。 その後しばらくは販売休止となったが、1997年にはフル デルチェンジとしてELIMINATOR250Vが発売された。これは新 たに開発されたV型2気筒エンジンを搭載したモデルであ 、名称も最後にVをつけている。デザインも旧型と異な っているが、やはりシリーズらしくドラッグマシンに仕 上がっており、2007年現在も色の追加のみでニューモデ が発売されていたが、2007年夏頃、生産中止した。 Kawasaki eliminator (ELIMINATOR) is a motorcycle to which Kawasaki Heavy Industries does the manufacturing sales. The name means it, that is, "Excluded one". It is a developed machine in the concept unlike an inside where the style that the other companies is like to the cabin cruiser made by the Harley-Davidson company is adopted and a past cabin cruiser as for the drag-racer. This drug style has been succeeded by V-MAX of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. that appears back and X4 of HONDA. ELIMINATOR250・ELIMINATOR250V ELIMINATOR250 was put on the market in 1987. The engine similar high rank it as for the design misappropriates two parallel cylinders of GPX250R. The vehicle where the engine of another specification was installed for foreign countries existed in the model at this time though 400 was similarly restyled as SE・LX specification in 1988, too. ELIMINATOR250V was put on the market as restyling in 1997 though it became a sales stop for a while afterwards. This is a model by whom two V type cylinder engine newly developed is installed, and the name also applies V at the end. It seemed to be still a series and it finished in the drug machine, and the production discontinuance was done in around the summer of 2007 though a new model was put on the market only by adding the color as of 2007 though the design was also different from the old model.
