1995 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 (993) walk around
Time capsule. Concourse Quality. Collector's car. These are the only words to describe this Carrera 4. Two owners. The first owner had it 15 years and we have every single service record. The second owner had it 4 years and would only drive it if the weather was perfect for a few km's. In fact it would take him several minutes to take the car cover on and off he would always let the motor warm up and then carefully drive it. He babied this car in a way we've have never seen. The car looks new at every angle. All light bulbs are new, all bolts are new $574.60 USD (with a plastic protector in the tool kit so that they do not get scratched upon removal), all rubber seals around windows and sunroof are like new. This Porsche was brought to Florida's top air cooled Porsche specialist where the head mechanic said "This is the only 993 ever ever seen that does not have a single sweat or leak to be found". Meticulous is an understatement! We have the names and numbers of the mechanics that have worked on the car over the years. The car is impressively well-kept inside and out with no repainted panels, no scratches, no curb rash or anything of that nature - everything is original and clean. The vehicle only has 46,287 kms on it and was always stored indoors under a car cover. The second owner performed tasteful upgrades such as Guard's red seat belts ($2,200), upgraded "S" split grill engine cover ($3,000), RS Exhaust Pipes ($1,000) and an upgraded European spec front RS bumper from Porsche. The car comes with every single service record since 1995 sorted in chronological order. All 3 original keys (2 master keys and 1 valet key), as well as all original manuals are included. The 1995 are especially sought since they were the only year produced with OBD1 computer (1 Oxygen sensor instead of 4 amongst other things). This model is equipped with the 6 speed manual transmission, power seats, heated seats, red brake calipers, a power sunroof, a rear windshield wiper, Hi-Fi sound system, and much more. 993 generation 911s are the last of the air-cooled Porsches and have been appreciating in the last few years as they represent a significant piece of the company's history. Driving the car is a truly engaging experience. The silky smooth shifter, the beautiful Exhaust note and the precise and direct steering feel make this 911 a pure driver's car. Its new owner will surely take the long way home! Canadian car, impeccable CarFax - no accidents.
