( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Nissan Sentra just debuted in Dallas, Texas. The 7th generation of Nissan's popular small sedan features a new look that resembles the Sentra's bigger brother; the Altima. The Sentra features a new and redesigned CVT transmission that gets better fuel economy with a up to 40 MPG on the highway. The new car also gets a smaller 1.8L engine that produces 130 horsepower and 128 pound-feet of torque. That's actually less than the old car's 2.0L engine but Nissan says the power loss is off set by the cars 150 weight reduction. Check out this video as Nissan unveiled and introduced the car in Dallas, Texas before the big Alabama vs Michigan college Football game.

2013 Nissan Sentra SR - WINDING ROAD POV Test Drive
For the best video experience, we recommend wearing a good set of
headphones for the POV Test Drive. The audio in this video was recorded
with binaural microphones that, when played back through headphones, give
the feel of 3D sound. Trick stuff.

What I have to say about the Sentra: Very great car from Nissan, obviously
a huge improvement over last years model. Standard on the Sentra are LEDs
in the front and rear, which makes the car way more stylish. The trunk is
very spacious as well as cabin space and it is best in class. I almost felt
if I was in a class above and my tester car came in at nearly $23,500 which
is a pretty good value. Fuel economy is also very impressive with 30 City
and 39 HWY: One gripe I do have is that i wish the SR Trim got a little
more Power to it as it looks like its fast. All in all very great car from
Nissan, I expect it to sell very well and it's no longer in the dark
shadows of the Compact car segment.
2013 Nissan Sentra Review - The compact segment's new Sentra of attention

notably, a premium look, the Sentra is now in the compact car spotlight.
