This allows for peak performance with minimal belt slip which is normally
associated with high Boost

3.6L...if you think about it, thats like a CTS V6 sitting on top of a
The Stage 3 ULTRACHARGER kit is designed to function within the confines of
the OEM CTS-V motor also. However to achieve the true potential of this
system it is seriously recommended that the engine/short block be built to
handle the additional output of the Stage 3 ULTRACHARGER.
This is the big bad brother to the Stage 2 ULTRACHARGER System, THE Stage
3. Designed to be the pinnacle of bolt on blower performance, THE Stage 3
will not leave you yearning for more. We are talking about 3.6L worth of
displacement through the ULTRACHARGER sitting on top of a motor no smaller
than 6.2L. This is more than half of the displacement of your OEM motor
sitting on top of it feeding the engine. In other words you have a V6 CTS
base motor feeding your engine!!!
Why does size matter? If we use this example of the Supercharger spinning (2) revolutions for every
(1) engine revolution the breakdown would be as follows:
OEM Supercharger of 1.9L will generate
3.8L worth of compressed air for every 1 engine revolution. Whereas the
3.6L will generate 7.2L worth of compressed air in that same single engine
revolution! The results of moving this much air is the potential to
generate up to 1200BHP. Yes, we said 1200BHP.
In typical D3 fashion this system will be a complete system ready for
installation. The best part about all of this is that it will bolt into
place without any major modifications or permanent modifications to the
