All-New ✇ Mercedes-Benz CLA - Driving, Interior & Design
The Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class is a new compact executive car on the platform of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class subcompact car and the Mercedes-Benz B-Class compact car debuting in 2013 as a 2014 model year vehicle alongside the Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class crossover SUV. Since Daimler AG does not sell the Mercedes-Benz A-Class to the United States & Canada, it will be the smallest Mercedes-Benz offering in the United States apart from the Mercedes-Benz B-Class compact sold in Canada, and also, it will be sold only in sedan form. An AMG variant, the CLA 45 AMG 4MATIC, is also expected.
All-New 2012 BMW 6 Series Coupe - In/Out/Driving [HD]
BMW presents the third generation of the BMW 6 Series Coupe. The vehicle combines the dynamics of a 2+2-seater sports car with touring comfort. The body length and wheelbase 75 millimetres longer than the predecessor model, enhancing seating comfort for rear passengers with a esporty appearance thanks to a 39-millimetre increase in width and 5-millimetre reduction in height. The model will have two engine variants available from launch: BMW 650i Coupe with eight-cylinder powerplant (300 kW/407 hp), BMW 640i Coupe with six-in-line petrol unit (235 kW/320 hp).

Incorporating the propulsion system from the Chevrolet Volt—the battery pack, the 120-kilowatt electric motor, and the four-cylinder engine-generator, collectively dubbed the "Voltec" electric propulsion system—the Converj concept has an all-electric range of 40 miles (64 km) and a top speed of 100 mph (160 km/h). The two-door, front-wheel-drive coupe recharges in only three hours using a 240-volt outlet, the type commonly used for large electric appliances. The ELR will use GM Delta II platform, which is shared by the Chevrolet Volt and Cruze, and the Buick Verano.

2014 Lexus IS 250/350 Test Drive & Luxury Car Video Review

But with the Lexus you get Japanese reliability and an all new look since the IS series has been totally redesigned both inside and out for this the 3rd generation. The IS line is comprised of 4 different models and their associated trim. This includes the: IS F, IS 250, IS 350, and IS C (convertible). The base price for the 2014 Lexus IS 250 RWD is $35,065. Overall this has really become a driver's car compared to the past models.
The 2014 Lexus IS is completely new inside and outside; it's longer, wider, and sportier. About the only thing that has not changed are the engines that power this line of luxury sports cars. Every car company has its signature styling cues and for Lexus it's the spindle grille. Ever Lexus sedan has received this design treatment and now the 2014 IS gets it and it does look beautiful. If you upgrade to the F Sport package you get a grille with mesh inserts that look super sexy. Car designers often talk about how they want their car to look like it is in motion even when standing still. Mission accomplished with the IS. The rocker panel starts to curve as you move towards the rear of the vehicle. This line continues all the way to the rear.
Both engines found in the IS are carryovers from the 2nd generation vehicles. The 2014 Lexus IS 250 is powered by a 2.5 liter V-6 that makes 204 horsepower and 185 lb-ft. of torque. The IS 350 is powered by a larger 3.5 liter V-6 that makes 306 horsepower and 277 lb-ft. of torque. The IS 250 gets a 6-speed automatic transmission while the IS 350 gets and 8-speed automatic transmission from the IS F.
Everything about the interior of the Lexus IS has been completely re-done from the gauges, to the climate control, to the steering wheel, and seats. There is a whole new info screen between the gauges that is very vivid showing the driver a wealth of information. Lexus has introduced an all new seat type called New-Lux. In this process instead of wrapping leather over foam, the foam is injected into the leather resulting in a very comfortable seat.
