About the Rod: The body was taken from 1928 Dodge 4-door and was chopped and channeled onto handmade frame which is strong enough to carry the engine from 1998 Dodge truck -- Cummins 12 valve diesel. WelderUp goes to Las Vegas Red Rock Harley-Davidson
Diesel Rod builder, Steve Darnell, takes his Billings, MT team of master fabricators to Las Vegas, NV to build a one-of-a-kind 1932 Ford truck Diesel Rod for Red Rock Harley-Davidson owner, Don Andress. The build should take approximately 5 weeks and you can see Steve and his team build their truck inside the big white tent at the parking lot of the Harley store on Rainbow Blvd at Sahara Ave in Las Vegas NV at least thru the end of May 2010.
