Battle of the Beaters
Two guys take two scrap cars to the dragstrip on a regular points weekend to have some fun. The featured car is a '91 Ford Escort that was bought for $175 from an old lady. This car needed way too much work and was too much of a piece of crap to be driven on the street. We figured we'd take it out in style. The other car featured for a few seconds was a Mercury Tracer. Both cars ran high 18 second ET's. The Escort was crushed after a blown up transmission and the Tracer blew either a coolant hose or a head gasket right before third round of eliminations. And yes it was well worth the money.

Custom Exhaust on a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon. - Megan/Flyride/KFX equal-length header - Magnaflow 2.5" High-flow Cat -28" Dynomax Thrush Glasspack -16" Dynomax Race-Bullet Resonator -14" Dynomax Super-turbo Muffler -All 2.5" piping, Crush Bent It kinda sounds farty at lower RPM, but above 4K it sounds pretty good. My EVO vs a "small" turbo Tracer from about a 30 roll with him brake Boosting...not sure on his turbo setup, we spoke briefly and he just said its a "hybrid turbo"...so idk, thing pulled pretty hard.
