'83 monte carlo ss
Been sitting for a few years, but getting back on the road! Just painted,
new wheels and ready for Interior. Car has 350, vortec heads , mild cam.
Edelbrock carb and intake, long tube headers, dual flowmasters, 373 rear
and th350 trans. more vids to come.
1984 Monte Carlo SS walkaround
This is my 1984 monte carlo ss walkaround about a year after i got it. My
dad and I have totally restored her since last july. It has 18" american
racing IROC wheels on it. Its been painted LeMans Blue Metallic. Interior
almost totally redone. True Dual Exhaust with thrush welded mufflers. Stock 305
w/ edelbrock carb & intake. Will have another video as soon as i get the
new 350 put in it.
in two words...NEW and IMPROVED!!! Just in case the youtube world thought
we had fallen off. NEGATIVE. We've either upgraded and simply changed
whips. RIMS BIGGER SWERVIN CRAZIER. PNC OBA and myself still holding it
down for the low-lows on 13 inch spokes
Referee certified LS1/6speed 85 SS montecarlo
OK i know my camera skills were lacking. theres a bunch more videos on my
channel of this car..most filmed by other people so u dont have to feel
cheated. in my defense i was nervous in the beginning and excited at the
end ..in addition to trying to film with a flip camera not really looking
through its tiny little screen. if anyone can feel me on that
100% homebuilt 85 SS monte. LS1, 6 speed, OBD2 conversion. complete
drivetrain, harness, fuel system, dash and other misc. parts out of a 99 SS
Camaro. the Camaro only had 47k miles when it
came into my possesion. rest of the car including heater, lights, wipers,
cruise control and things like that all being powered from the Camaros harness/controls. none of
the 1985 harness remains except the dome light circuit. t
GM A-body 12 bolt reareand with 4.11:1 gears and a true track posi fitted
with the ss Camaros 12"
rear disc brakes. shortened upper trailing arms and adjustable lowers with
spherical rod ends to fit the older/beefier/wider rearend. still a work in
progress at this point, but to me getting the referee to approve my work
was a big deal and a huge step. this car passes california smog legally! go
green!...well as green as you can go with a full size, v8 powered car thats
built for thrashing.

White Chevrolet details - 555 big block Chevy, Brodix aluminum heads,
Bullet roller cam (745HP/795TQ), 54" Boggers, Rockwell 2.5 ton axles,
custom tube subframe, NV4500 5 speed transmission, rear mount rads, full
1996 green Silverado details - 505 chevy stroker big block, solid lift cam,
forged crank rods and pistons, cast iron heads with port work, roller
rockers, 10.3 -1 compression, NV4500 5 speed transmission, 2.5 ton
Rockwells, 54" Boggers, Profab trasfer case, Front leafs have 12" lift and
10" block. Rear springs have 8" lift, 15" block and shackle flip.
