1984 Trans Am finally running after long sleep
This is my 1984 15th Anniversary Trans Am. It hasn't ran (by itself) in quite a few years.. After a carb rebuild it fires right up! Don't mind the screwdriver.. Its holding the choke closed! The car is a 5.0 L69 with the 700r4 automatic transmission. when I bought the car it had trouble staying running by itself, the qjet was a 70's model that didn't want to stay running. the wiring was butchered and the interior pulled. after figuring out all the wiring and replacing the qjet with a more appropriate one. removing all computer related parts.. I now have a decent running car.
