Revolution at South Georgia Motorsports Park. Dennis was shaken up but
uninjured. The starting line shot of this crash made the rounds several
year ago but this is the first time our finish line shot has been posted in

Wild Ford XR6 turbo!
Welcome back to the track Karman. After a 4 year absense the Ford XR6 turbo awoke first pass off the trailer. The
Falcon is still a full weight car with electric glass and factory interior.
Quickest pass for the day was an easy 9.0 at 151mph. The 4L turbo six is now using E85 fuel.

Ford 4L turbo Holden VL Calais - Turbowerx

piloting his Ford 4L Barra turbo powered
Holden VL Calais at the 2012 Brisbane Sport Compact Jamboree. Modifications
include a Garrett GTX45 turbocharger,
MicroTech LT16 computer, Powerglide transmission and 4-link rear end
running through 33x10.5in tyres.
FPV Typhoon 4L turbo into the 9s - ZF 6-speed auto
Christian's FPV F6 has become the first 4L turbo Falcon into the 9s using the factory ZF
6-speed auto trans. An awesome achievement, the car is aided by a Nizpro
Stage 2+ performance package using the factory Garrett turbo (upgraded 0.7 compressor cover and Nizpro
modified wastegate). Making around 450kW to the wheels on 24psi Boost, the car is fuelled by E85 ethanol and
was raced with a full Exhaust, and on
275 street radials. Interesting the modified transmission still retains the
stock converter stall speed. Christian went 10.06 then 10.007 before going
9.98 at 138mph on his final pass of the day. The car was unable to complete
another pass due to no roll cage fitted.

The goal? A 1000hp engine in a street package. The result? 1300hp+ from the
engine with 992.8hp at the rear wheels.

Fast Ford Falcon XR6 turbo
Daniel's Ford BA XR6 street car has some very effective bolt on mods
including a larger Garrett GT42 turbo
and a switch to E85 fuel. The car still retains a stock internal 4L six and
ran as quick as 9.97 on ET Street Radials.
Australia's Quickest BA XR6 Turbo
Phil Chain's XR6 turbo currently holds
the record with an 8.4 at 166mph, but the boys had some problems getting it
down the track at Jamboree and only (??) managed a couple of 9.1sec runs at
over 160mph. It's a beast of a thing with a massive GT47R turbo. How soon until we see a 7sec pass from an
XR6 turbo is Australia?
