Chevy vs. Ford Cop-Car Thrash Battle! Roadkill Episode 12
On this episode of Roadkill, Freiburger and Finnegan are out to discover
which used cop car they like best, the Chevy Caprice 9C1 or the Ford Crown
Victoria Police Interceptor P71. Of course you expect nothing but the most
professional, scientific analysis from these guys, and that includes a day
doing donuts and bashing into stuff on pavement, tire explosions, a road
trip to the desert, camping, thrashing on dirt roads, and a finale that
just might create a new form of low-buck off-road motorsport.
Roadkill appears every fourth Friday on the new Motor Trend channel.

My 2004 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor transformation into a Marauder clone.
My 2004 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor transformation into a Marauder
clone. Bought from Texas Department of Public Safety in January 2008. The
front clip was not changed out to the Marauder as these parts are very
expensive. The header is about $250, front bumper is $400, headlights $100
and grille about $125. Then the rear bumper is $500 from the dealer to
complete the whole look. Even junk yards wanted near retail for body parts.
So I just added the Marauder corners and smoked headlights. Cheaper and
still looks good and the average person has no clue the differences.

I no longer have this CVPI, sold December 2010.
Superchips Micro Max Tuner model#1724 on a 2004 Crown Victoria Police CVPI.
I made this video to prove a point to someone that thinks they know more
about these cars then the actually do. He keeps telling me that the speed
limiter is not controlled by the computer and can not be raised. Well this
video proves that it can be raised as the option is there.
Yes it is a CVPI and I am one of the few people that did the Marauder floor
shifter, gauge cluster and over head console swap. I found a crashed
Marauder and stripped many parts off it. See my other video, My 2004 Crown
Victoria Police Interceptor transformation into a Marauder clone. Though it
does not show the floor console, it does show the cluster and overhead

'03 Crown Vic P71 0-60, Top Speed, and Brake Demonstration
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING: This is my 2003 Ford Police Interceptor. I
decided randomly to stop and make this video on my commute home. The road
is hilly and not perfectly smooth so it's not a great choice, but it's what
I got. The video is from a stop full throttle to a top speed (If you
listen closely at 130-132 MPH the engine cuts back due to the limiter). My
rear axle bearings are bad and getting replaced today so that hurts the
speed too. The brake check towards the end was a full ABS stop from 120
ish (5.5 seconds) to show there is no noticeable brake fade from the
brakes. The front brakes are nearly worn out Raybestos Police Pursuit
Brakes (I Highly recommend them) the rear brakes are stock. The car is
100% stock and the temp outside today was around 75 degrees and humid.
