Onboard Air Systems

Onboard Air Delivery Systems can supply a constant flow which is not only great for tyre inflation and re-seating a tyre bead. But can run pneumatic (airbag) suspension, air lockers (regulate pressure to lockers to maintain 150psi in the tank for other uses), air tools, Exhaust jacks and inflating equipment such as boats and inflatable tents. Onboard air is fantastic for use in both recreational and commercial environments. Bushranger Onboard Air systems are powered by Viair Compressors, all tanks are tested and meet Australian Standards

'Train Horn' On A Jeep Wrangler
This is an overview of the install of my Viair Ultra Light Duty onboard air system and my Wolo Model 847 Siberian Express 'Train Horn' that I installed on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler: Sahara Edition. The tank is 1 gallon and though it does sound the horn for short blasts you'll likely want the 2.5 gallon tank for longer runs of the horns. The closest horn I can think of that this one resembles would be a Nathan P3 but the tone is definatly off from that one. Overall the entire Jeep is a big toy for me and this is something I've wanted to do for years. I figured the rail enthusiasts would appreciate it and fellow Jeep owners would like to see how the set up was installed. For the horn 'purests' out there that think it's a virtual sin to place a horn of this magnitude on a vehicle, feel free to complain away. My skin is thick. Enjoy!
