632 SHAFIROFF BAD ASS BIG BLOCK CHEVY * 57 CHEVY PRO STREET DRAG TRUCK RUNS 8.50's DAMN!!
This was an awesome car show in Mathews, Va. on June 1. It was the best car
show I have ever been at and I have been to plenty. Nice cars, good looking
women, plenty of restaurants, shops for the ladies, and an extremely nice
little Old Town. They blocked off the whole town and it was rods
everywhere. All to benefit the Fire Dept. and Rescue Squad. It was wall to
wall people all day long. The name of the event was " CHASING PAVEMENT
VINTAGE CAR SHOW".
454 BBC replaced with SSRE 582 - Dyno Run #1
Out with the old (454) in with the new (582). This is the engine I
promised in the comments that is replacing my old 454 powerplant. As you
can see from the end of the video this tree stump pullin' 582 monster has
784HP @ 6200RPM and 742ftlbs of torque @ 5000RPM. NO BOTTLE....and is
streetable on pump gas at 10.5:1. Aside from the package Shafiroff offers
on this engine, I had Wilson Manifolds provide intermediate porting and
port matching of the intake to the DART PRO1 355cc heads which proves to be
money well spent as it is giving this beast an additional 35HP over
advertised on Shafiroff's website. Go to www.shafiroff.com for more specs
on the 582 Ultra Street BIG DAWG.

Scott Shafiroff E85 540 First start
First go, spankin' brand new 540 from Scott Shafiroff, New York. This was
the first E85 motor they built - and what a beast! 709 brake HP, and torque
to Boost. Hooked up to a Tremec
TKO600 in my '70 Elkie SS, it will be quite fun. To say the least, he he..
Helping out in the video is former European record holder in Competition
(dragracing) Jörgen "Julle" Lindgren.
2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 vs 2014 Nissan GT-R Track Edition! - Head 2 Head Ep. 52
On this episode of Head 2 Head, Jonny Lieberman travels to Barber
Motorsports Park for a head to head matchup with the brand new Chevy Camaro Z/28 and a well
known heavyweight, the Nissan GT-R. But not just any GT-R, the 2014 Track
Edition which packs a 545 hp twin-turbo
V-6, a 6-speed dual clutch transmission, sticky Dunlop tires and AWD
traction into a car without rear seats. The Z/28, by way of contrast,
features a massive 7.0-liter naturally-aspirated V-8, a 6-speed manual
transmission, and tail-out RWD. While it does still have rear seats, nearly
every other non-essential component has been removed. Moreover, the Z28's
tires might be even stickier! The front ones, enormous 305-sections, are
certainly the widest tires ever bolted to a production car. Both cars are
phenomenal, and both cars make rational men scream, "Gimme!" But only one
can come out on top. Watch and find out!
