Delboy's Garage, Harley Sportster Clutch Adjustment.
A little how-to for the scheduled clutch adjustment that comes round every
service, this is so often neglected in DIY servicing because some feel that
if the lever feels ok then it doesn't need adjusting.... the adjustment is
to the freeplay down in the primary case, its really important, and a
really simple job. Enjoy.
Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883: Army look stage II
Some setup changes:
Green wheels and headlight, leather fuel cap, tank protector (made from a
belt :D), copper wrapped pipes, new Firestone tires, custom hole pattern
belt guard, new leather seat. I think it could be finally done...
Delboy's Garage, Time to SLAM the 883 Iron.
First of the jobs to make the Iron "a bit more me", replaced the OE factory
seat with a LePera 'Bare Bones' seat, and swaped out the rediculous 13"
rear shocks for some 'Progressive Suspension' 11's ...took a total of 4
inches out of the ride height, i think we can say we.Slaaamed it baby..!

Harley Davidson Tips - Mounting, Dismounting & Passengers
Harley Davidson Tips - Nothing says more fun than two guys on a Harley! Bob
and Mark might not ride like this everyday but they wanted to give us some
pointers on how to do it right. We shot this video because I asked them
what was the number one paint or chrome issue that they see come in the
shop. Take a look.

Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883 Modification Test ride Walkaround short rear fender lamp fairing
First Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rr3wQ_Nz7n0
Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883 modification, test ride, Walkaround,
short rear fender (chop) and head light fairing in HD with all article
numbers of the mounted tuning modification parts. Go Pro Testride in the
Swiss Mountains (Wildhaus SG).
In the winter break 2013 I did the following new modifications:
- Original rear fender chop / shorten the fender struts
- Installing the KELLERMANN Micro 1000DF LED with re-wiring
- BADLANDS Relais
- black fork covers (self made in aluminium, painted black)
- installed the HD coil / ignition relocation kit
- clean looking wire tuck
- HD head light fairing / gasket from a Dyna painted black
- tank lift 2" (the 3" tank lift was to high in my opinion)
Hope you enjoy my Video; your rates and comments are as always appreciated.
I also share my experience if you have a particular question to the bike.
Regards from Switzerland !
2015 Harley Davidson Road Glide Review
When it comes to liking the cut of one’s jib, no motorcycle owns a
profile quite like the Road Glide’s. Not only is the Road Glide unique in
Harley-Davidson’s line-up, but also in the realm of cruiserdom. Others
emulate the fork-mounted, batwing fairing of Street Glides and Ultras, but
the Road Glide’s frame-mounted fairing and its distinctive styling sets
it apart from the crowd.
This striking fairing quality was what made the omission of the Road Glide
from Harley’s 2014 lineup so apparent. In an ends-justify-the-means
scenario, the yearlong vacation was well-deserved because the Road Glide
has returned, endowed with the benefits of Project Rushmore upgrades.
