'11 Mustang GT, Vortech vs. Edelbrock Supercharger comparision,
A customer of ours decided to go with an Edelbrock Supercharger kit for his 2011 Mustang GT. After having us install the kit, he was not happy with the performance. We thought he may enjoy the Vortech Superchargers kit instead, so we gave him a ride in our Vortech equipped shop car and he was sold. Before we pulled off the Edelbrock to install the Vortech Supercharger, we Dyno'd the car on our Dynojet. We were really interested to see what kind of power difference the car would make when cool vs. after being heatsoaked. Since we had to put the stock manifold on for the Vortech anyways, we also made a run in the stock configuration, both cool as well as heatsoaked. Finally we installed the Vortech and performed the same tests. Watch the video to see the final numbers were.
Edelbrock E-Force Stage 2 Supercharger for Coyote 5.0 Mustangs
While the Coyote engine responds well to basic bolt ons, those can only
take horsepower so
far, we install an Edelbrock E-Force Stage 2 Supercharger kit on a 2013 Mustang GT to demonstrate real world
power gains and results at the track.

I thought you'd like a look at this 2006 Ford Mustang Show Car built for Maaco by
Bolt-Onz Luxury and Performance Specialties in Abington, Pennsylvania.
Maaco had this car built for the 2006 SEMA show and it's one impressive
machine. It's sporting a Saleen S281 Extreme body kit, vented hood, side
skirts, 20" Saleen Wheels, and it's painted in Chromalusion Pure Fire
Prism. It's powered by a 4.6 SOHC V8 topped with a Saleen Twin-screw Supercharger. The 550 horsepower is funneled
through a close ratio six-speed manual transmission. Inside, you'd find a
fully custom interior with Saleen leather seats, two onboard computers, 10
inch monitor in the dash, 15 inch monitor in the trunk, GPS, and Track Net
security. The car is also riding on four wheel air suspension that can be
monitored and adjust via computer. This is one impressive machine that has
