2010 Run to the Coast - 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am goes into corner too hot on road course
This was my 3rd hot lap on the Road Course. I was overdriving the car quite a bit as it was the last lap and because letting it slide to the last bit of runoff was a ton of fun. Here, I carried too much speed, especially going over the crown in the road that unsettles the car. A cone was killed.

Here's the run that actually counted as the timers didn't have any technical difficulties this time. The run was a bit more aggressive, but also a bit sloppier than the previous attempt. Most notably, I was late on the brakes in the u-turn portion of the course which didn't help my time out much.
