Driving the 1973 three-on-the-tree Valiant
It keeps your arms and feet busy but it's fun to drive. Low gear is
non-synchronized, so you have to come to almost a complete stop before
shifting down to first.
Manual steering, manual brakes, 225 Slant six, 3-speed manual trans, no air
conditioning. Carts like this were widely used by phone companies and the
like back in the day.

1974 Plymouth Valiant
Bought in January of 2012 this gem had been sitting in a garage for over 16
years without being touched. The original owner was going into a nursing
home at 96 years of age so the car had to go. After putting in some fresh
gas I topped off the radiator and brake reservoir and drove it home. It has
manual steering, four drum manual brakes, the 225 slant six, and an
1964 Plymouth Valiant..SOLD...mp4
Unmolested, 1964 Plymouth Valiant V200 convertible with a 273ci V8 and
push-button automatic transmission. Only 904 of them were made with the
V8. 99% completely stock . . . it was repainted by the first owner before
I bought it some 18 years ago. I've put in a new windshield and new
carpeting. We've only driven less than 4,000 miles in the time we've owned
it, so it's been garaged and/or covered up all these years. You could
drive this car anywhere - NO leaks, noises or major repairs needed.
It's listed for sale with Bend Park & Sell right now for $13,995 - but I'm
always willing to negotiate that price for a serious buyer. Here's a car
that goes UP in value every year!!

1962 Plymouth Valiant Barn Find
Our most recent "Barn Find" truly was granny's car. This 4 door sedan
survivor was originally from South Dakota then Barn'd in Wisconsin for a
while and now at my shop in Newark IL. This is a short video done after
about 30 hours of "un-storing" prep and minor repairs. Still short of being
a "Driver" It has gone around the block, quite well, except for having to
use the emergency/parking brake to stop. Have a look at pictures and follow
