2003 Corvette 50th Anniversary
My wife and I on the way home from taking our son whose in the Marines to the aireport saw this Vette in the same car lot where I bought my new Mustang about 7 months ago...appearing as a guest in this video. My salesman came out and asked how we were doing and we told him great and just wanted to inquire about the Vette in the used lot. Two hours later we drove home with it. This is my brother Jarrod' 2004 custom order millenium yellow 6spd coupe with rear Z06 brake ducting, Z06 gear and handling package, black and tan leather interior. The only C5 with these factory options in California. Corsa Pro Touring cat-back with x-pipe. The Camera doesn't do the sound justice. One day he took it to the track and ruined all 4 tires drifting / autocross and also got pulled over by an admiring police officer who wanted to hear what it sounded like!

The M12 6spd manual transmission handles the power flawlessly and the 3.42 rear axle gear with LSD (Limited Slip Differential) gives this supercar all the potent power when needed and keeps the rpms low at highway speeds.
The all black leather interior is so subtle against your skin you'll be hard pressed to believe that you're sitting in a true American Icon of a sports car. The standard sports leather steering wheel eases those white knuckle drives and the Delco AM/FM/CD player with 6 Bose speakers means hearing one of the sweetest sounding Exhaust notes can be by choice rather than by demand. The 6-way power driver's seat makes those long drives oh so comfortable and the inflatable restraint system keeps you and the passenger safe.
