E39 M5 vs. Lamborghini Gallardo and Theory of Acceleration
Disclaimer: All runs performed on a somewhat closed course in the middle of pretty much nowhere with professional stunt drivers! Don't try this at home!
Synopsis: There's a real wise guy on BimmerForums, who tells me that:
1) Gallardo's are slow (which they are, I'm not disputing that)
2) I'm a magazine/keyboard racer (I clearly don't have enough experience to
know what I'm talking about)
3) It does NOT matter what gear you start in when you race, because acceleration due to powerband does not really matter.
This video puts his theory to the test with an E39 M5 vs. Lamborghini Gallardo mini-race ...
So, be proud of yourself, an hour of my afternoon was spent making this video for you, ForceFed7! (there were a couple other posters, but they weren't as persistent). But I have to thank you, you finally forced me to go out and drive my car after it sitting in my garage for 1 and a half weeks.
I will also have a video of me racing an E63 M6 or E60 M5 with bolt ons soon enough.

Toyota Supra Turbo vs. Lamborghini Gallardo
Disclaimer: All runs performed in Yugoslavia.
Synopsis: Impromptu racing between a modded 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo and a modded Toyota Supra in the dangerous streets of Yugoslavia. Got a 25-80 pull, 45-130 pull, and a 45-110 pull. However, in the last two runs, I let the Supra spool before taking off. Mods and other information are below:
Gallardo
- catless Exhaust (LOC +Fabspeed combo)
- 125 lb weight reduction
- one passenger
- 6 speed manual
- approx. 450awhp
Supra
- Greddy T78 turbo @ 16 PSI
- Supporting Modifications
- 750cc Injectors

BMW E39 M5 vs. BMW E60 535i (JB+)
Disclaimer: Please note that this film took place in Canada. The authorities in Toronto were kind enough to shut down the highway for our private use.
Synopsis: Three pulls between a 2000 BMW E39 M5 Sedan with Exhaust cut out valve and a 2009 BMW E60 535i with a JB+ tune from Burger Tuning. E39 M5 is at approximately 345rwhp while the E60 535i with the tune at 60% Boost setting puts down approximately 325rwhp. Runs include from 30-105, 20-120, and 30-110. Very close runs and the M5 driver is impressive.
Notes: This 535i will be getting a BMS DC Intake and turning the Boost up to 75% or 100% within the next week and should have a rematch with this E39 next weekend along with plenty other cars. SUBSCRIBE TOMY VIDEOS AND STAY TUNED FOR THOSE VIDEOS!

Ferrari 360 F1 vs. Lamborghini Gallardo
Disclaimer: All runs performed at Island Dragway in Great Meadows, NJ
Synopsis: Two short roll races between a bolt-on 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo and a 1999 Ferrari 360 F1. Rolling speeds approximately 25mph-120mph. On the first run, Lambo gets a slight jump. On the second run, the Ferrari gets a jump and the Lambo misses 2nd gear and just could not reel him in. However, stay tuned and this race will happen again in a more controlled environment soon enough!!!

BullFest | 2010 Official Short Film HD #2
This is a short film production for the BullFest | 2010 Tri-State Lamborghini Event. However, I regret, that it is not as good as it could've been due to lack of full coverage and better footage. Hopefully at the next event, there will be better coverage.
Special thanks to Driving Force Club (DFC) and the Tri-State Lamborghini Club for organizing this absolutely awesome event. BullFest 2010 brought together over 50 beautiful Lamborghini's, from the old school Countach to the flagship Murcielago LP640 to the rare LM002 Lamborghini SUV. The variety of cars was simply stunning. In addition to the collection of Lambo's, we had a helicopter assist us in obtaining aerial photography and also a surprise visit from Valentino Balboni himself! The event took us to beautiful scenic routes, which you will find a glimpse of in this film.
