2015 Subaru WRX STI: The Daily Driver Rally Car Returns! - Ignition Ep. 107
On this episode of Ignition, Carlos Lago tests the latest generation of the perennial rally car favorite: The 2015 Subaru WRX STI. Much like the new WRX, this STI has an entirely new and significantly stiffer body structure, but unlike the WRX, it still uses the same 305 horsepower 2.5-liter turbocharged flat-four that's powered the car since 2008. Our introduction to the car occurs at the press launch at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. From there, we test the STI to see the performance improvements and drive it on one of our favorite mountain roads. How does the new STI stack up? Stay tuned to find out. Ignition appears every other Monday on the Motor Trend youtube channel. http://www.youtube.com/motortrend Subscribe now to make sure you're in on all the action! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsAegdhiYLEoaFGuJFVrqFQ?sub_confirmation=1 Facebook - http://facebook.com/motortrendmag & https://www.facebook.com/mt.ignition Twitter - http://twitter.com/motortrend & https://twitter.com/mt_ignition Google+ - https://plus.google.com/+motortrend/posts Instagram - @mt_ignition Website - http://www.motortrend.com

TONKA w/ ATP GT35 stock Location 10.36 in 1/4 mile
-not my video, uploaded for friends- "Our goal is to run 9.9 with stock location turbo and full weight car. At the moment we are running the stock ECU with Ecutek reflash but we have lost .25 in the 60ft due to no 2 step option and we might need to change to another ECU due to that. this run was with a 1.64 60ft @ 31psi. We have a list of details to improve and we are working on it!!!! As always Thanks to Roly the best driver out there!!!!!!"
