Supercharged home made Straight Eight by Desperate Dan Vid 2
Built in a shed, it fired up first go. I was hoping it would sound real
lumpy like a drag engine, but it runs too smooth, and it's too quiet even
with unsilenced 9" pipes! The timing was a pain to sort out the Rover
distributor runs backwards, I had to take the heads off to work out the
firing order!!! See the shed it was built in on Vid 1.
Added May 2012: OK, my nails are dirty, maybe because I'm an engineer &
build stuff? Maybe your nails are clean because you can't build eff-all &
just sit behind your computer? C'mon folk, get a life.

driven 68 Dart. It has an EFI Screw Blown 572ci Hemi built by Dram, full
tube chassis, a slick black paintjob. After 3 years it is finally finished,

1980 Custom Supercharged Corvette Burnout
1980 Custom Corvette built by Anthony Sicuranza. The paint job was finished
in 1984 and still looks as good today as it did the day it rolled out! The
interior was finished in 1987 and the engine in 1989. The engine is a 350
with the B&M Forced Induction system and the B&M Superjection system and it

Small Block Chevy 434 Race motor 763HP
We used a Dart Block completly machined by www.mesabalancing.com the
cylinder heads were hand ported along with the intake and we tailored the
ignition curve and carburator on the Dyno using sunoco 112 fuel.
Dyno-Tuning the Draguar's 696 Horsepower Supercharged Small Block Chevy! - HOT ROD Unlimited Ep. 35
It's time for motor mayhem! On this episode of HOT ROD Unlimited we head to
Westech Performance Group with Mike Finnegan to Dyno-tune a new engine for the
Draguar, the 1974 Jaguar XJ12 with a small-block Chevy under the hood that
he and Freiburger bought for $1,000 and installed a Supercharger onto in a parking lot during episode
7 of Roadkill. After the Supercharger
upgrade the guys road-tripped the dilapidated car from San Francisco to
Sacramento for a drag race. With the summertime air temps hovering around
113 degrees, the worn out 350 overheated and Freiburger only managed to run
a 15.30 ¼ mile ET at Sacramento Raceway.
Looking for redemption, Freiburger ordered a new 383ci long block from
Blueprint Engines, a definite upgrade over the old powerplant. Though the
new longblock is only rated to 600hp it features forged pistons and rods
and a forged crankshaft, which means that the guys can turn up the Boost and make double the power of the old
engine. The engine effortlessly made 650hp with 91 octane fuel in the tank
but Finnegan was feelin' froggy so he added 118 octane race fuel and upped
the Boost to 15 psi in an attempt to
make 700hp with the 383. Did the engine leave the Dyno shop in one piece? Check
