This is a Nice Little 1962 Pontiac Tempest Le Mans Convertible. Its a nice looking car and is a BLAST to drive. EVERYONE wants to ask what your or what kind of car it is. Its the kind of car that you dont see too much. It has a Salvage title and seems to have had parts added from a 61 but im not really sure..;-) It is what it is and thats CHEAP..;-) They are Rare to say the least.. Just in and ready to cruise to your next classic car event is this beautiful dark navy blue lemans 2dr Sport Coupe with immaculate original light blue bucket seat with console interior. This is a very nice car throughout with nearly rust free original floors, frame, mounts, and trunk floor. The paint was done a few years ago but still has a beautiful shine on a good body. The interior is nearly flawless and is in excellent condition with its non working am fm 8 track radio. It has new flow master dual Exhaust, new front and rear suspension, and everything from the bottom of the engine looks as nice as the top. It is powered by a nice running 350 4bb Pontiac V8, and back up with a 350 automatic transmission, and power steering. This is a very well preserved original car that has had one nice cosmetic restoration on a very solid original car to start with. This is a car you can jump right in and be proud to own. 1969 Pontiac Lemans Convertible
1969 Pontiac Lemans Convertible For Sale in Chicago. This 69 Lemans has 74956 original miles, with about 10,000 miles on the engine rebuild and restoration. Options on this Lemans, according to the original build sheet, are power steering, power front disc brakes, power convertible top, 14" Rally II Wheels, turbo hydromatic transmission, 350 2brl, 2.56 rear axle ratio, center console with bucket seats, Matador Red paint with Black top and vinyl interior, head restraints, passenger and driver sideview mirrors, fullsize spare with jack assembly, and trunk compartment floor mat with spare tire cover. There is an aftermarket in dash tachometer where the clock or open spot would be and an aftermarket AM/FM Cassette CD Stereo with molded aftermarket kick panel speakers on both sides. The paint is Urethane. The 350 Pontiac V8 has been upgraded to High Energy Ignition, and a factory 4brl carb and intake. Also added was a factory Dual Snorkel aircleaner. The transmission has a mild shift kit also. The wheels are now 15" Pontiac Rallies on BF Goodrich P255/60R15 tires. Other info on this car is that it was built in Baltimore MD in July of 1969. Production numbers of 69 Lemans Convertibles are 5676 made. There is a picture book of the body off restoration performed. Bumper were re-chromed. The top was replaced. An original owner's manual is included, along with some receipts of work done.
