Unfortunately, the new engine didn't make the journey due to a few teething troubles. Instead, Team Jägerbug ditched the decklid and fan belt and smashed the quarter mile times set at Chimay last year. 15.02 oh so close to the 14 wanted before the big engine switch.

Heres a video from SSC-event (Scandinavian cal-look classic) that took place at Gardermoen Raceway late August this year. A lot of awesome beetles ripping up the dragstrip and some great restorations. And my favorite.... ratlook and burnouts.
