1972 Buick Skylark
Here's an amazing survivor Skylark! It has a great running original 350ci
V8 and turbo 350 automatic transmission,
power steering, power disc brakes, factory air conditioning, and upgraded
dual Flowmaster Exhaust! Everything
under the hood is stock! It does have a new battery and new points though!
The interior is all original except the carpet has been replaced at some
point, and the dashboard remains unmolested and in complete working order.
All the lights, wipers, signals, and the blower are working great, it has
nice glossy green paint, and very nice glass. It has the original 14 inch
Buick wheels with 215/70/14 Firestone raised letter tires, and it is
believed to have only 81k miles on the car! This is a fantastic car that is
ready to be restored a little more!
1970 Buick GS 455 Burnout and Pass
Buick built a number of great sleepers in the '60s and '70s, since they
were known for style and comfort rather than all out performance. Buick's
big block, the 455 powered a number of high performance muscle cars,
including this all black 1970 Buick Gran Sport. This car is a real sleeper
with its all black paint and base model wheels, but it runs low 12's in the
quarter. This video was taken at the 2012 Buick GS Nationals in Bowling
1970 Buick GS 455 V8 Clone
I thought you might like a look at this nice, straight 1970 Buick GS clone.
This one is equipped with a 455 V8 engine and a turbo 400 automatic transmission with shift kit.
All the power is sent back to a rebuilt rear with 3.23 Posi gears. This
Buick has a great presence with light green paint with white roof, tinted
windows and chrome wheels. Options include AM/FM radio with cassette, tan
cloth interior, power brakes and steering, seat belts, tinted windows, and
radial tires with brand new American Racing chrome wheels. I hope you find
it interesting, thanks for taking a look!

Instruments: Guitar, Bass, Kit, Organ, EP
With a jumping bass and off-beat syncopation, this is straight from
Memphis' Beale Street. The Hammond organ and electric guitar play together
as longtime friends, while the melody changes hands from guitar to organ to
electric piano. 011

1970 Chevelle: Refined Muscle - /BIG MUSCLE
When it comes to muscle cars technology can be a double-edged sword. On the
one hand it can enhance all aspects of a vehicles drivability, but on the
other, it can strip the soul from a car in no time flat. Few people have
been able to blend new technology, luxury and speed into a package that
just flat-out works. Mark Bachman however is the exception. With a stunning
interior, loads of grunt and just about every modern convenience you could
ask for, his 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle has managed to blur the lines between
old and new.
The Cars of Queens: Part II - /BIG MUSCLE
Big Muscle continues its New York adventure with its second installment on
the cars of Queens, NY. This week we're taking a look at a stunning 1967
Buick GS 400 and a highly modified 1969 Dodge Charger. These are not garage
queens, but two bad-ass muscle cars that see duty on the open road, local
road and auto-x courses and of course the occasional trip to the drag
JOHNNYLARK'S Stage-1 Buick 455 Skylark with "TA286-08H" Camshaft & 1.6 Rockers!!! 5-30-2013

Skylark's TA PERFORMANCE "286-08H" cam CHOPPING like crazy accompanied by
his TA PERFORMANCE 1.6 ROCKERS!
Johnny & his COOL son "John" made my day. In the video I recorded prior to
this one ... I stated that there's NO Buick Muscle Cars attending ... and
felt disappointed until I heard ... we ALL heard this Buick 455 Stage-1
This is a very similar cam to that I have in my '87 Stage-1 Buick 455 Regal
(currently at the Dyno
The guy in the white wife-beater suggesting that Johnny "reverse it in,"
actually stated a few seconds before that ... "A car like THIS shouldn't be
over there by itself." Classic!
JOHNNY IS THE COOLEST!!!
1966 Buick Convertible Barn Find Rescue, Part 1
This is the story of a '66 Buick Special convertible that had been
abandoned in Arizona in 1978 by the family of Rick Pewe, editor of 4-Wheel
& Off-Road magazine. In 2011, the guys from HOT ROD Magazine, in
conjunction with Rick, spent four days bringing the car back from the dead
with plans to drive it home from Phoenix to Los Angeles. This is part 1,
with the hacking fun the guys had rescuing the car. Look for part two,
loaded with road-trip hilarity. The story is printed in the September 2011
issue of HOT ROD Magazine.
1953 Buick Roadmaster Skylark Convertible Red
A rare car...and very expensive when built..$5000! It served as a showcase
for some new, swoopy styling at Buick, and the new overhead valve V8
engine. Beautiful red paint and interior...great power accessories and
Dynaflow. Who could wish for more?
