Nissan 200SX S13 CA18DET Maatwerk uitlaatsysteem bij EPS Uitlaten -www.uitlaten.com-
Deze Nissan 200SX (S13) met CA18DET (1.8 turbo) van coureur Albert Klok wordt gebruikt voor Time Attack (pro street) en andere trackdays en heeft met zijn vermogen van dik 350pk een aantal prijzen in de wacht gesleept.
Ook bij trackdays en Time Attack moeten auto's aan de geluidseisen voldoen maar mag dit natuurlijk niet ten koste gaan van het vermogen.
We hebben deze auto voorzien van een compleet op maat gemaakt uitlaatsysteem van RVS in combinatie met een op maat gemaakt dikwandig stalen spaghetti-spruitstuk.
Het resultaat is een snelle maar toch stille auto die het de concurrentie erg lastig maakt.

Thao's NEW S13 Coupe Project (Part 1/4)
My girlfriend picked up this bare shell in November 2011. Within the first month, we've already finished the body work and paint. Comment if you want to see any how-to-videos on her car. We will record and take pictures as it comes along.

Step 1: Identify all the dings/dents and label them with tape so you don't forget where they are.
Step 2: Scuff up the dents with 80 grit sand paper.
Step 3: Mix the plastic filler with hardener, then fill the dents.
Step 4: After the filler dries, sand it down until the dent is blended in with the body and feels smooth.
Step 5: Apply a guide coat with a high-contrasting color. (In our case, we used black).
Step 6: Sand the whole car down with 320 grit to get all the gloss off.
Step 7: Sweep and clean up work area/garage so there will be minimal dust while painting.
Step 8: Use Prep-All to clean off all parts of the car.
Step 9: Apply 1-2 coats of primer.
Step 10: Wet sand primer with 400 grit.
Step 11: Apply two coats of base paint and 2-3 coats of clear.
