And so we took extra special care when designing our Cadillac CTS-V Coupe performance Exhaust system by Billy Boat. In fact, Billy Boat Performance Exhaust has been setting the pace for high performance stainless steel Exhaust systems for 20 years now. B&B applies its deep racing heritage to craft one of the finest Exhaust systems available. Continuing in that tradition B&B has recently introduced a line of Exhaust systems for the new 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. CNC mandrel bent T304 stainless steel tubing is used throughout the entire system for a precise fit. The system uses a hand fabricated x-pipe that helps balance the Exhaust pulses for better scavenging and a cleaner Exhaust note. B&B has designed a muffler specifically for the CTS-V Coupe using their proprietary Purge Resonance Technology or PRT. Hand fabricated out of T304 stainless steel the muffler offers increased Exhaust flow and emits a nice deep muscle car bark at idle, acceleration and cruising speeds while all but eliminating the unwanted in-cabin, low frequency resonation. For aesthetics Billy Boat Performance Exhaust incorporated a new 5" oval double wall tips to give the V a mean yet distinguishing look missing from the factory. The tips are fully polished to a mirror like finish and the rest of the system is finished in the new Billy Boat brush finish. As with all Billy Boat Performance Exhaust systems it is backed with a limited LIFETIME warranty.

CTS-V Exhaust Comparisons
Decided to do an Exhaust comparison since several V's showed up to the car show this morning and everybody had something a little different. As it says in the video, all of the V's shown have several mods but only the mods that can change the Exhaust note are mentioned. Hopefully this will help some of you who have searched 1,000 videos on YouTube (like I did) looking for the right sounding Exhaust. All owners report that there is ZERO drone with all of the systems shown here.

Had a long drive home, found a straight and open road. As you see, tires wanted to spin all the ay through 3rd and about 30mph. Car had plenty left.... looks like it stayed around 9-10lbs the whole time. THIS IS STOCK!

The D3 Battle Wagon a 700HP CTS-V Station Wagon
We fell in love with this wagon the first time is set tires in our workshop. On top of it being a wagon, it's a 6 speed manual trans! In the D3 Battle Wagon, even trips to the grocery store are all the more fun with 715 HP and 725 ft-lb's of Torque! The build concept for the D3 Battle Wagon was to completely upgrade all OEM components with the most aggressive bolt on parts possible. The result is an ultra fun, track worthy station wagon! Release: Signal Hill, CA -- June 18th 2011, A 700+ Wheel horsepower CTS-V Station Wagon dubbed "The Battle Wagon" has been completed for delivery to its eagerly awaiting driver. "CTS-V wagons are a still a rarity, on top of that finding a white 6 speed manual was like trying to locate Atlantis!" Says John B. the owner of the Battle Wagon. "The second I heard that Cadillac was going to launch the CTS-V in wagon form I knew it would be my next car, I have always loved wagons, from the E39 5 series to the Audi S4 Wagon now to the Cadillac CTS-V Wagon. With less than 500 miles on the clock the wagon was booked for an appointment at the D3 Motorsport Laboratory which is D3's in house tuning center. The tuning concept of The D3 Battle Wagon is to encompass manageable amounts of horsepower, allowing for a balanced, but track worthy grocery getter. To complete the Wagon the Motorsport Laboratory has broken the build into 3 categories; Performance, Efficiency & Chassis Tuning. A wide range of Performance Tuning Equipment manufactured by D3 has been utilized to upgrade the performance characteristics of the Cadillac CTS-V's LSA power plant. The Pulley System has been upgraded via the D3 Stage 3 Performance Pulley Kit allowing for a mind numbing 17 PSI of Boost out of the factory Eaton 1.9L Blower that has been Blueprinted to D3's specifications. To feed this Boost monster the D3 Air Intake, D3 Billet Throttle Body and D3 Supercharger Lid Spacer have been installed. Exhaust work has been provided by the Kooks Long Tube Headers, Kooks X-Pipe with Race Catalytic Converts and the CORSA touring mufflers. These upgrades have yielded a raw horsepower gain of 244 wheel horse power. To keep the D3 Battle Wagon ready for action all of its cooling has been upgraded via the gamut of D3|ULTRACOOLERS. The ULTRACOOLER systems include the D3 Front Mount Heat Exchanger (Intercooler) the D3 Competition Oil Cooler, and the D3 Competition Radiator. The chassis has been dialed in via the D3 suspension suite including: The D3 Competition Lowering Springs, the D3 Competition Sway Bar Kit, D3 Chassis Bracing, D3 Stainless Steel Brake Lines and Alcon 2pc Competition Rotors.
