Mustang Magnaflow XL Universal Muffler 1965-2014
http://www.cjponyparts.com/magnaflow-muffler-xl-3-chamber-center-offset-2-1 -2-1965-1973/p/EXM13216/ Today in our Studio we have Courtney and her 2014 base model, V6 Mustang. Courtney has been making name for herself in the Mustang community as Stangcourt2014. Although only a V6, Courtney has done a number of mods to her Mustang, but has yet to find the Exhaust sound she has been looking for. We've been discussing with Magnaflow how to make the V6 sound better and they had just the right muffler for the job. Their XL series muffler is a universal muffler that can comes in several offsets to fit almost any Mustang. We've had a lot of success with these mufflers with V8s, so we thought we would try them out on Courtney's V6 and she was very satisfied with the results. Magnaflow XL 3 on a 1966 Mustang
This is a short clip immediately after installing two Magnaflow XL3 mufflers on a stock 1966 Mustang. It hadn't been started in a week so it idled a little fast at first, but after a couple taps on the gas pedal it settled into a nice hum. The Exhaust is 2 inch front to back. The engine is stock except for a Holley carb on a 2 barrel 289.
CTS-V - STOCK EXHAUST, MAGNAFLOW MUFFLERS
CTS-V, stock Exhaust. Axle-back Magnaflow mufflers and pipes. No other engine or horsepower mods. Sounds very much like stock, just louder and deeper. The rear-most section of the Magnaflow CTS-V catback will fit the stock Exhaust with no modification other than cutting off the stock mufflers.
