How to Restore Headlights PERMANENTLY
Headlight Restoration using Clear Coat, This video will show you how to clean and restore your headlights so they will never turn yellow or hazy again! You have seen videos on restoring headlights with bug spray, toothpaste, baking soda, and the kits you buy in the store, but all of these methods are temporary and eventually the haze and oxidation will come back. My method will first make the headlight clear by wet sanding and then put a UV coat on it to seal it in. Here is the Clear Coat I used: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KZ6LYMM/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789& creative=390957&creativeASIN=B00KZ6LYMM&linkCode=as2&tag=chri0e2-20&linkId= Z3U77RN3DHFZ2PXB Here is where you can get 2000 grit sandpaper: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000MW91RE/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789& creative=390957&creativeASIN=B000MW91RE&linkCode=as2&tag=chri0e2-20&linkId= I6GXZT6FWKZ7V3IN Using Bug Spray to Clean Headlights (WARNING!!!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYmbBZntuY8 How to use Toothpaste to Clean Headlights https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXHTXdlWw1w How to Remove Moisture from Headlights https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNWTidkxcmQ ***If the video was helpful, please give it a "thumbs up" and consider subscribing. How To Clean and Polish Your Plastic Headlights
Here is a how to video or how to use the NEW 2009 Headlight kit to clean and polish your headlighs! Enjoy! Customer Raves: Headlight Restoration Kit - G1900 "I recently purchased the Headlight Restoration Kit, and all I can say is WOW. I own a 1998 Mustang GT. It's my daily driver. Here in Wisconsin, cars take a beating. The headlights were in really bad shape. I tried another product that I found in a hardware store and it didn't do much. I was contemplating buying new headlight kits. I saw your ad in Autoweek, and watched the demo on your website. I thought I'd give it a try. I am very pleased with the result. The money I spent and the half hour of my time was worth it. I'll be looking for some of your other products to help bring back the exterior finish. If you have suggestions, I'm listening." J.K. -- Sheboygan, WI "I used your Headlight Restoration Kit and it worked really well. I had a lot of build-up on my headlights and I am definitely impressed with how well it worked. I had tried other products that hadn't worked and am definitely impressed with yours. Thank you!" AMAZING HEADLIGHT RESTORATION!

It's no secret that harsh elements (particularly the sun) can be damaging to your car's appearance...this is especially true with regards to plastic headlights, those of which can be found on pretty much every modern car available. In this video we show what we have found to be the best method for restoring your headlights to "like new" condition. Tools o 2000 Grit wet/dry sandpaper (Part #03023) o Any Household Drill o Towel o Water o 3M Scratch Removed Kit (what's in the box below) -- 3000 Grit wet/dry sandpaper (Part #03064) -- 3M Corse Buffing Pad (Part #05759) -- 3M Fine Buffing Pad (Part #05726) -- 3M Rubbing Compound (Part #03900) -- 3M Polish aka Scratch Remover (Part #39044) -- Velcro Drill Buffing Pad Adaptor **READ** The majority of these parts come in the 3M Scratch Remover Kit for $12 on Amazon so DON'T BUY THESE PARTS SEPARATELY- it's a waste of money. The only thing you will need to buy separately is the 2000 grit sandpaper.
