2012 Nissan 370Z Test Drive & Car Review

http://www.autobytel.com/nissan/370z/2012/?id=32972 The Nissan Z Car has been around since the early 1970's under the Datsun name. For year the Z has been one of the most beloved affordable sports cars both here in the United States and in Japan as well. The 2012 Nissan 370Z is considered the Mustang of Japan since the drive train configuration, price, and body style is similar to that of many American muscle cars. The 2012 Nissan 370Z has a base price of $31,910 with the top of the line Touring Roadster costing over $44,000. The 2012 Nissan 370Z is powered by one of the best engines every produced by Nissan. The VQ37VHR is a 3.7 liter V-6 engine with Variable Valve Timing that produces 332 horsepower and 270 lb-ft. of torque. A 6-speed manual or 7-speed automatic transmission puts the power down to the rear wheels. The 2012 Nissan 370Z can achieve up to 19 MPG in the city and 26 MPG on the highway. The 370Z is considered to be the little brother of the mighty Nissan GT-R. It is smaller, costs less, and does not have as much power. That being said the 2012 Nissan 370Z does benefit from having the GT-R as an older brother in that some of the high end technology and options have been passed down to the 370Z. The first thing you notice are the huge 19-inch RAYS sport rims. These forged alloy wheels are not only strong but they are also lightweight. The 370Z also sports a sleek body with functional spoilers both front and rear. In the performance department the 2012 Nissan 370Z has a viscous limited-slip differential which makes sure power is transferred to the wheel that needs it the most. Also the Nissan 370Z features a SynchroRev Match system which automatically blips the throttle to promote faster and smoother shifting between gears. The 2012 Nissan 370Z is an excellent sports car. It may be a little rough around the edges and a little on the pricey side, but if you want a true Japanese sports car with over 300 horsepower and rear-wheel drive, then the 370Z is an excellent choice. Nissan 370Z review - CarBuyer
Nissan 370Z 2014 review: http://bit.ly/1gbC3MY Subscribe to the Carbuyer YouTube channel: http://bit.ly/17k4fct Subscribe to Auto Express: http://subscribe.autoexpress.co.uk/cb The Nissan 370Z is a performance bargain, but its heavyweight controls won't be to everyone's tastes. The rear-wheel-drive Nissan 370Z outguns rivals like the Porsche Cayman and Audi TT with impressive performance for the price. It's powered by a 322bhp 3.7-litre V6, and manages 0-62mph in 5.3 seconds -- so its performance comfortably matches its extrovert looks. A driving enthusiasts' car, the 370Z demands skill and commitment, yet it's not so brawny that it's a difficult or intimidating car to drive. Recently updated with a 'GT' special edition that got a range of updates designed to make it more comfortable and refined, with revised suspension and more kit.

370Z Driving with the Ferrari's.
While sound asleep at 8 AM, I got a call that in 12 minutes, twenty Ferraris were heading to the top of the mountain then to Stinson Beach. Although I'd stayed up till 3 AM, I decided I 'd get dressed and drive along for half an hour. I still need to go to work at 11 AM. I catch a few in the group, and while they pull off to look at their directions I assure them I know the way. They follow. Well, apparently my info was not perfect but I had a blast. Sorry for the bad info to you Ferrari guys. At least it was a good drive, not like I placed you in stop and go freeway traffic. Same drive different day - http://youtu.be/ILJaerKdRPY
