132776 / 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 Superbee
Completely optioned and completely documented, this 2007 Charger SRT8 Super
bee is an awesome modern muscle car which has only seen 5,389 sunny day
miles and sports one year only, model specific paint.
Assembled at Chryslers Brampton, Ontario manufacturing facility on August
22 of 2006 and delivered to Dan Deery Dodge in Waterloo, Iowa, Dodge
Charger SRT8 number 129 (of 1000) is one of the earliest 2007 Super bees
produced. In stunning condition throughout, it has been sealed in a garage
and fastidiously maintained by two diehard Mopar loving owners since new.
The LX Chargers classic rear drive muscle car looks have stood the test of
time well, and when covered in 2007 Super bee exclusive Detonator Yellow
paint, they literally channel the broad shouldered, all-American attitude
of classic 60s Mopars. The finish on this bright Charger is as close to
flawless as a mass produced assembly line car can get, and black Super bee
stripes and call-outs combine with a satin black rear valence to resemble
strategically placed war paint.
Measuring in at roughly 370 cubic inches, Chryslers SRT-exclusive Hemi
utilizes a revised block with a 4.06 bore, custom cooling channels, a
forged crank, lighter pistons with strengthened connecting rods, new oil
jets, variable cam timing, increased flow heads, and an aluminum intake
that is specifically tuned for higher RPM performance to crank out an
impressive 10.3 to 1 compression ratio and 425 stoplight smashing horses.
Naturally, since this is a showroom fresh car, the yellow engine bay is
spotless and has no doubt been wiped down regularly and detailed for show
every few weeks. The big engine is smooth, drenched in torque and
definitely creates a full chorus of noteworthy Hemi rumblings from idle all
the way up to full throttle. Unlike most new performance mills, Chrysler
engineered their Hemi to look as great as it drives, with a big aluminum
intake up top and blacked-out coil covers with "HEMI 6.1L" spelled out in
silver and red.
While the Challenger can now be optioned with a slick-shifting 6-speed
manual, the Charger makes due with a more-than-adequate 5-speed AutoStick
automatic. When combined with the 3.06 gears out back, the list of super
sedans with a better combination straight-line punch and traffic friendly
gas mileage is awfully short. At the front of the car, a wishbone
independent suspension includes a heavy duty stabilizer bar, coil springs
and variable ratio speed assisted power steering. At the back of the car, a
multi-link independent suspension houses another heavy duty stabilizer bar
and two more coil springs. In the turns, the modern Charger is vastly
superior to its vintage namesake, with its fully independent suspension,
massive Brembo four wheel disc brakes, and sophisticated traction control
systems all working to extract every bit of performance from the tires. As
with the rest of this car, the chassis is in factory fresh condition, and
you can't overlook those fantastic 20 inch chrome SRT branded wheels which
wear 245/45 front and 255/45 rear Goodyear Eagle F1 radials.
Inside the car you'll find a Dark Slate interior that is a nice mix of
retro and cutting-edge styling which has a unique personality and upscale
appearance. Leather seats are lined with premium, great feeling suede
inserts, and along with the leather wrapped, multi-functional steering
wheel and shift knob, are held together with bright yellow stitching.
Between those seats, the dash and console pull off fine pattern faux carbon
fiber trim nicely, and below those seats, like-new carpet is protected by
"Dodge" branded carpeted floor mats. Thin silver bands highlight big SRT8
gauges which include a 'performance pages' feature that provides the driver
with zero to sixty times, quarter and eighth mile times, g-forces (both
peak and instant), gas mileage and braking distance. And as the sticker
outlines, this SRT8 has been upfitted with a top-of-the-line music system
which is complete with soft-touch navigation, Boston Acoustics speakers,
Kicker speakers, a Kicker amp and subwoofer, Sirius satellite radio, a six
disc CD changer and MP3 compatibility.
With performance that will humble a vintage Hemi Charger and luxury that
was almost unimaginable in the 60s, this SRT8 Superbee is a great example
of just how far our modern performance cars have come. Call, click or visit

First Drive: 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat 707 hp
The new 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is powered by the new supercharged
6.2-liter HEMI V-8 engine. Its 707 horsepower matches the
highest rating of any V-8 engine in Chrysler Group’s celebrated history.
The all-new supercharged V-8 engine is mated to the beefy new TorqueFlite
8HP90 eight-speed automatic transmission.
This new Hellcat engine is Dodge and SRT’s first application of V-8 Supercharger technology, featuring a
forged-steel crankshaft with induction-hardened bearing surfaces. The
result is a crank so well-engineered it can withstand firing pressures of
110 bar (1,595 psi) – the equivalent of five family sedans standing on
each piston, every two revolutions. And its unique, specially tuned crank
damper has been tested to 13,000 rpm.
High-strength, forged-alloy pistons, developed using advanced telemetry
measurement, are coupled to powder-forged connecting rods with
high-load-capacity bushings and diamond-like-carbon-coated piston pins.
The supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V-8 has premium-grade, heat-treated
aluminum-alloy cylinder heads, which are optimized for superior thermal
conductivity. And its die-cast aluminum rocker covers are HEMI Orange.
Standard on the Charger SRT Hellcat is the largest front-brake package ever
offered in a Chrysler Group vehicle, which were first introduced on the
2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat, featuring all-new 390-mm (15.4-inch) Brembo
two-piece rotors with six-piston calipers for outstanding heat management
and thermal capacity and longevity.
The unrivaled four-door performance numbers tell an impressive story with
the quarter mile in 11.0 seconds, 0-100-0 mph in under 13 seconds, and a
top speed of 204 mile per hour (mph).
The 2015 Charger SRT Hellcat’s restyled driver-focused interior features
premium, soft-touch materials, a new 7-inch thin-film transistor (TFT)
customizable digital instrument gauge cluster and a new instrument panel
center stack with the latest generation 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen media
New for 2015, drivers can select one of the many offered backgrounds to
connect the digital look and feel with their chosen interior package. In
addition, the Charger SRT Hellcat comes standard with a premium 900 watt,
18-speaker Harmon Kardon audio system.
An all-new and class-exclusive electronic shifter with an all-new
driver-oriented T-handle provides the driver with intuitive gear selection
and offers an Auto Stick selector gate for added control.
The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat will be built at the Brampton (Ont.)
Assembly plant. Production is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2015.

2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat: 707 Horsepower? Hell Yeah! – Ignition Ep. 116
On this episode of Ignition, presented by Universal Technical Institute,
Carlos Lago drives the most powerful production muscle car on the market:
The Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. While it isn’t the most powerful
production V-8 in the world (which loses to the $1 million McLaren P1 by 20
hp before electric motors), the Hellcat’s 707 hp rating seems too
incredible to believe -- especially when you consider the cost. The
question is whether this Challenger has any brain to go along with its
extreme brawn. Through a trip to the Dyno, the test track, the road,
and a standing mile, we find out.
Ignition appears every other Monday on the Motor Trend youtube channel.

132646 / 1966 Dodge Charger
For more information on this vehicle visit http://tinyurl.com/6utw2tu
This bargain priced 1966 double black Charger is a freshly restored big
block, 4-speed street warrior that will get a ton of respect and
appreciation anywhere you show it and provide endless entertainment behind
The beneficiary of a frame off restoration that was completed just last
year, this fully detailed 1966 Charger's refurbished panels and brand new
all-business black paint are as crisp as a fall morning at the local drag
strip. During the extensive restoration, correct Chrysler code B Black was
laid down over an exceptionally straight body that includes new high
quality quarter panels and front fenders. Once the deep basecoat/clearcoat
paint was dry and buffed to a glossy mirror-like shine, the cars original
and surprisingly straight stainless trim was buffed to an excellent shine
and reinstalled in its rightful place. The result is one spectacular show
and go piece that is so much fun to drive and show off, you'll almost feel
Lift this Charger's black hood and you'll find a correct 383 cubic inch
warranty block that was fully rebuilt during the cars restoration. At the
top of the motor, a satin black air cleaner with a correct Mopar decal
sends air into a Carter Competition Series carburetor that's fueled through
stainless fuel lines. Below that carburetor, the big block engine wears a
fresh coat of correct Chrysler turquoise and a new coil and distributor
shoot fire to the cylinders through fresh Mopar wires. At the sides of the
block, factory replacement Exhaust
manifolds send spent gases into a throaty dual Exhaust system, and in front of the block
there's a fresh 26 inch radiator with a factory clutch fan. The correct
Chrysler code B Black engine bay is exceptionally clean and has been nicely
detailed with new Mopar V-belts, correct hoses and clamps, a reproduction
Mopar battery, and a fresh washer fluid container. This is definitely an
engine compartment you'll want to show off every time you park the car.
Behind that legendary Chrysler engine you'll find an A833 4-speed manual
transmission that sends power to a familiar 8.75 inch rear end. Holding
that super reliable drivetrain in place is a correct front torsion bar and
rear leaf suspension that benefited from a slew of new parts and hardware
during the restoration. At the corners of that suspension, correct four
wheel drum brakes provide firm stopping, and at the front of that
suspension, factory correct power steering helps make turning easier and
more precise. Exhaust is handled by an
aluminized true dual system that provides an aggressive tone, but isn't
overbearing, there are fresh bushings all around, and new stainless fuel
and brake lines run from both a new fuel tank and a new brake reservoir. At
the corners, a cool set of 14 inch Hurst wheels that wear excellent 235/60
BF Goodrich T/A performance radials.
The best part of first generation Chargers is their spectacular cockpits;
just look at that excellent full length console in this cars correct P4X
interior! Not only does it appear to be ripped straight out of a Chrysler
show car, it creates a super rare four bucket sedan layout that makes you
instantly think of luxury cars. At the front of the console a continuous
motion clock sits at the base of the cars 4-speed shifter and at the rear
of the console a folding arm rest provides added cargo room. At the sides
of the console, great looking light stitched seats wear reproduction covers
in the front and original covers in the back. Below the console, new black
carpet shows no sign of wear or usage, and above the seats, a fresh
headliner sits holds light stitched sun visors. In front of the driver,
electroluminescent gauges that were WAY ahead of their time include a
standard tachometer and the correct wood rimmed steering wheel perfectly
complements the cars silver trim. At the sides of the seats, new silver
trimmed Charger exclusive door panels feature new chrome bits, correct
"Charger" emblems and switches for the cars power windows.
The black ones always go the quickest and I don't expect this correct black
on black '66 383 car will prove an exception to that rule; especially when
you consider its incredible $40K price tag.
