Rare 1965 Mustang Fastback A/FX Gasser Viral barn find
I put the word viral to gain views,,,,HEAR THE CAR RUN @ 2:40 This x drag race car was snug for 32 years in the basement of a farm house outside of Albany. A close friend and track official at Lebanon Valley dragstrip told me about this car at the end of the 2011 season. So I went to see it. I bought it instantly. I have been slowly making the car useable since I bought it. The body and frame of the car have never seen the salt and it has been a race car since it was new. The rear tubbing and body work/engineering for the front leaf springs were all done in the 60's. It saw heavy track time from 1967-77 but has been sitting un-raced since. I would love to know the actual mileage on this car, i'm sure it would be low and in increments of 1/4 mile :)

65 Mustang Fastback Restoration Project
This is my 1965 Mustang Fastback I rescued from a field rusting away. I finished it around July of 2008 in my back yard garage with no professional assistance at all. It took me about 26 months to complete. It has a 302 Ford motor and an 5 Speed manual transmission. I restored this car to the information on the original data plate on the door that included the body color and interior. The stripe is unique in that I added a darker red to the Poppy Red body color to get a stripe that is a little darker but blends in with the factory color. This car features four wheel disc brakes made from all Ford parts.

57 CHEVY UNCOVERED 35 YEAR HIBERNATION
After many requests to look at the Old Chevy I finally cleared out around it with the help of Lil Racer so we could take a look at it and make a video of it.
Rankin Ford's "The Wild Child" 427 SOHC Falcon
I saw this car at the 2010 East Coast Camaro Club's car show at DeSantis Chevy in Brockton, MA. I have no idea if it is the real deal, but it appears so, other than the missing original dash, different hood and induction, or the exact paint job. It is a Ford Falcon drag car with a rare 427 cu. in. SOHC FE engine, done by Rankin Ford in London, ON Canada. Current owner is from MA. Pump up the volume and enjoy.

1965 427SC Cobra E.R.A. Replica
427 S.O.H.C. (Cammer)
ERA #314 is a one-of-a-kind Shelby Cobra replica built for its original owner. This E.R.A. 427 Cobra features a newly refreshed 427 S.O.H.C. (Cammer) with original SOHC cast iron block (correct oil drain-backs), Steel stroker crank, Eagle H-beam rods, and Ross pistons yielding 480 cubic inches. Compression is about 12.5:1. Including RARE original Ford aluminum SOHC heads from drag racer Les Ritchey. These heads were only given to a few racers by Ford, so they are exceedingly rare. Recently installed new streetable Comp Cams including new correct lash caps for the non-adjustable rockers. This is critical to the valve train reliability of the Cammer. A single 4V intake with Holley Dominator carburetor. Custom built Top loader transmission by Dan Williams features BIG-Input/BIG-output WIDE-ratio, hydraulic slave clutch set-up, competition adjustable suspension, RARE original Halibrand magnesium knock-off wheels (with as-raced patina), fuel cell, dual rear-mounted Optima batteries, Smiths gauges, blacked-out treatment, on-board fire suppression system. Jaguar rear-end with a 3.31:1 ratio. Certificate of Origin: August 21, 1991. The car is titled as a "1965 Cobra" and has been registered in California for the past 19 years.
Extensive planning and engineering has gone into this Cobra's chassis which is displayed by its superb detailing. Special fabrication and installation of the 427 SOHC in the car was done by Bob Frontino San Dimas, CA. It's a balancing act to mount this power plant in a Cobra chassis as witnessed buy the finished results. The engine was built by Performance Associates (of racing heritage, Les Ritchy) in San Dimas, CA. (recently closed shop after 55 years in business). As mentioned before the rare aluminum Cammer heads were Les Ritchy's and purchased from Performance Associates for this build.
The Cobra only has 1,146 pampered street-driven miles (much less on engine) by one owner. Displays surprisingly great street manners. It is a blast to drive with an awesome Exhaust note. Body and paint are impeccable! An amazing turn-key sorted out Cobra that cannot be duplicated for the asking price.
The Cobra is SMOG EXEMPT. Comes with California Personalized plate; " 427 SOHC"

We installed new Comp billet cams at 4 degrees advance and refurbished the rocker arms. New lash caps at .020" round out the package. One sweet 427 engine in an ERA AC Cobra, nothing like a 427 SOHC Cammer in a 2200 pound Cobra!
