1983 Toyota 4x4 still Going at it!
This is a serious logging truck. the one side of the bead simply
dissapears for easier log stacking and removal. one of the many features
toyota builds right in to the construction of the vehicle. but seriously,
it was a bad idea to drive on those rocks down under the bridge. thats
not my property, and the thing was stuck there for a while.
1986 Toyota Sunrader 21' RV
1986 Toyota Sunrader RV
I bought this RV two and half years ago. I'm the third owner. It has
112,000 miles on it. I put about 10k miles after i bought it (includes
drive across US and Mexico). I have all books, receipt from day one for
this nice RV.
Powered by the legendary Toyota 22RE EFI fuel injected engine, on a true
one-ton chassis, it gets awesome gas mileage and, with regular maintenance,
is basically trouble free. This economical, yet roomy, motor coach is a
great way to go. The Toyota has plenty of power to pass and pull the hills
and cruises nicely on the highway at 65 mph.
1.clean title,no accidents.
2.22RE engine with manual transmission.(will run forever)
3.one pice fiber glass body.(no leaks)
4.everything works in the RV.
5.1 ton rear axle.(6 lugs)
6.three way fridge.
7.propane stove and four burner.
8.air adjustable rear air bag suspension.
9.Dual Batteries w/Automatic Charger (and Solar Panel on roof).
11.Upgrade all position lights to LED.
12.Roof AC is very cold.(front cabin has fan and heater only)
I spend lots of money and time for this RV, everything is ready for this RV
to take long trips. I'm selling it because i never have time to use it.
E-Mail me if you have any questions. thanks.
Don't forget we are talking about a 23 years old RV here, it's in good
shape for it's age. smoke check ready. Don't expect a $7200 RV for a
$72,000 RV condition. If you wanna something nicer, go get a new RV.
Toyota Compact Pickups (1984-1988)
I have an '88 Toyota Pickup 2WD with the longbed. it has a fuel injected
22R-E 2.4L four and a 3 speed automatic w/overdrive. All in all, it's a
pretty good combination, and surprisingly quick on its feet for only having
Some of the pickups in this generation (1984-1988) came with a four
cylinder diesel and the most sought after ones have the 22R-ET. The T
designates turbocharging, and this
engine was advertised to have 137 horsepower, certainly more
than enough for a little truck!
The most sought after Toyota trucks of this vintage, besides the diesel and
the turbo 22RE, are the 1 tons. You
could order a cab chassis, a pickup with DRW, or a pickup with SRW that
didn't look much different than you average light Toyota truck! They had
full floating rear axles and good gearing so they could carry amazing
payloads, and they came stock with either a 22R-E or Toyota's 3.0 liter V6.
It's pretty amazing that there was so much variation in these trucks
considering how long this body style was around.
