I imported my 1925 Ford Model T from the USA, not far from Detroit,
Michigan where it was built.
In this video I demonstrate the T's unusual controls and how they all work,
I show you how to start a Model T, and I take you on a short drive at the
The Model T was manufactured between 1908 and 1927, and was know by various
names including Tin Lizzie, Flivver, T‑Model Ford, or just 'T'.
The Model T set 1908 as the historic year that the automobile became
popular. It is generally regarded as the first affordable automobile, the
car that opened travel to the common middle-class American; some of this
was because of Ford's innovations, including assembly line production
instead of individual hand crafting.
On May 26, 1927, Henry Ford watched the 15 millionth Model T Ford roll off
the assembly line at his factory in Highland Park, Michigan.
New Model T Engine in Test Stand
1927 Model T engine, rebuilt by Gen III Antique Auto of Massachusetts.
This engine was done for a client in Florida. It includes a Stipe 280 cam,
nylon timing gear, modified 009 distributor, modern clutch pack, and a high
compression head. Assembled using modern methods and tolerances. It's
been "Balanced and Blueprinted". This video was taken to show our long
distance customer what it looks like and how it runs before shipping it
down to him. If you have a Model T engine you need rebuilt, please give us

1914 Ford Model T
This cool car has been in the family for some 50 years, The story is my
Grandpa pulled it out of a chicken coop where it sat for some time in the
50's. He went through it and restored it. ( the horn is Not original )
1919 Buick First start since 1952
This is the first startup of this 1919 buick six roadster that had been
sitting in a barn in ohio since 1952. It was parked there with a bad
differential. My boss bought it on Ebay and i gently disassembled the
engine, cleaned out the 50+ year old oil, freed up the piston rings and put
it back together. I had to substitute a newer coil to get a strong spark
and had manually filled the float bowl of the carburetor. No fuel pump was
hooked up or water in the engine hence the short run time. This is a very
cool early overhead valve engine with an aluminum crankcase, cast iron
cylinder block, roller tappets, exposed valvetrain, zero gap piston rings,
and electric start. This car had about 14,000 miles on the odometer. Enjoy
the video! Check out my other video/slide show for engine disassembly

The steering was tight, and it ran and drove well. The interior was in very

How to start a 1912 Cadillac
The 1912 Cadillac is the first automobile in the world to include a starter
motor. This is the procedure in starting one and driving away.
oil change (shocking) after sitting for 50 years Ford Model A
I bought a 1930 (not 31 like I said in the video) Model A 5 window coupe
all original except for a dropped axle, a Mallory dual point distributor,
some dual electrode spark plugs, four blade radiator fan, 15" steel
reversed center wheels with slicks and a lawnmower fuel tank bolted to the
dash (reasons to believe it was a hot rod). It wouldn't turn over when I
got it so I took the plugs out and poured some Mistory oil in the holes and
let it sit for a few weeks, I turned it back n forth till I was able to
give it a few full turns, checked the oil level, put some gas in it, hooked
up a battery and it turned over fine with the starter but no fire, pulled
out the distributor to find a homemade shaft extention that wasn't long
enough so I rebuilt the distributor, made a new shaft, rebuilt the carb,
and now it fired up! I called Adrian to come over and check it out, he
said, "It sounds good but don't try driving it untill you change the oil".
Since the oil looked to be ok and at the correct level, I drove it up and
down the alley. I called him again to let him know how it went and the
first thing he asked was, "Did you change the oil?" So I got to work, took
the drain plug out and oil dribbled out no matter what i did it wouldn't
drain out so I took the oil pan off and found the oil caked at the bottom
of the pan, lesson learned.... Always pull the oil pan OFF to make sure you
don't run your newly acquired Old motor with a pan full of crud, I hope
this helps,,, more videos of this model A to come so stay tunned! thanks
thanks for the great advice Adrian.
