On the last run car really broke loose in third near the 1000ft mark.
Car has run a best to date of 9.403 @152.61, 1.373 60ft.
Precision Turbo PT6766 compared to the Ebay T70 + installation and tuning
I just recieved my new Precision turbo
Billet Wheel 505-6766 with .96 A/R and T4 flange. It is a work of ART!
This thing spools up instantly and stays spooled longer than my ebay T70
ever dreamed of. The ebay turbo held up
great for 11k miles but it never responded like the new Precision does.
Now I'm working out the bugs in the car to take advantage of the new-found
air supply. I had to greatly increase fueling at all Boost levels to get the AFR back down to 10.9.
And the sound of this thing is nothing short of amazing!
Engine is a stock (polished) tpi intake, mildly ported L98 aluminum heads,
8.6:1 cmpression, 224/224 @ .050" hydraulic roller comp cams custom grind
and SRP -24cc dish pistons.

Kevin Jewer's Rear Wheel Drive Eagle Talon runs a new best on his PTE 6766
After qualifying #2 in the Quick 16 at the 20th Annual DSM/EVO Shootout in
Norwalk, OH Kevin had to drop out of the eliminations due to oil back up in
an awkwardly routed return line (only way to fit around Exhaust manifold). Back in New England only a
few days later and 700 more miles on the tow rig he brought the car up to
his local track to run the number he knew it should. Although it is not
what he wanted it was a new best. The engine cut out at 7.5 seconds into
the run and he estimates if it was a clean run it would have been around
165mph. Kevin is ok aside from the underwear change.

Truck Fest 2013: Smokey Big Rigs Burnouts & Drag Racing Revealed
( http://www.TFLtruck.com ) When you think of a Big Rig Semi...you probably
don't immediately think of drag racing...or do you? This weekend at
Bandimere Speedway just outside of Denver, Colorado hundreds of Big Rig
Semi trucks lined up on the drag strip to see which one is the kind of the
mile high drag strip and which one is the fastest mile high pickup
dragster. Can a big rig run a sub 20 second quarter mile? You bet. Can a
big rig run a sub 15 mile....no problem. Can a Big Rig run a sub 10 second
time? You'll have to watch the video to find out. In another fun and
informative TFLtruck video we see what happens when the Big Rig Semi Trucks
line up behind the Christmas Tree.
