Traxxas Emaxx Bigfoot Monster Truck Body 1/10 with Working Lights
Here was my first attempt at completing a monster truck body for my traxxas emaxx. Body started as a clear pro-line mold, paint color is called blue streak. Roof rack lights and head/tail lights were built by Ebay user "RC-Lighthouse". Lee with RC-lighthouse did a great job and after receiving his product and installing it, I would highly recommend his services if you're in need of custom lights for your RC projects. Let me know what you think of the build....

134120 / 1972 Plymouth Satellite
For more information on this vehicle visit http://tinyurl.com/bn6xgd2 The product of a high dollar, multi-year build, this incredible Mopar pro-tourer wraps a 500 horsepower 3G Hemi and a completely custom suspension in a custom leather interior and killer custom-mixed paint. Completed in early 2012, this super clean curve carver is the direct result of what happens when a seasoned fabricator has an uncompromised vision, major dedication and access to a six-figure bank account. See, the car's creator already owned a killer Charger that was buff enough to pull down sub 10-second passes on an NHRA-sanctioned drag strip, so he wanted to build a second car that was a bit milder and quite different. Enter this neon Plymouth, a project which quickly escalated from the restoration of a fun cruiser into the creation of an outrageous driver's car. Hoist this Plymouth's bright fiberglass hood and you'll find 6.1 liters of naturally aspirated 3G Hemi bliss. Straight from the factory that popular SRT8 powerplant produces an impressive 425 horsepower and 420 lb./ft. of torque. And with the help of a custom tune by the folks at Bouchillon Performance Engineering in Hanahan, South Carolina, its performance transforms from wild to flat out wicked! Measuring in at roughly 372 cubic inches, the big mill uses a revised block, forged internals, lighter pistons and a cast aluminum intake to crank out a whopping 500 horsepower and 460 lb./ft. of torque. And best of all, that's 500 horsepower that'll fire up in any weather, last thousands of maintenance-free miles, and probably lay waste to any old school muscle car that's brave enough to stage a challenge! Behind the neo Hemi, a Hughes Performance A727 Torqueflite produces great bite and hard launches. Out back, there's a fresh Moser Sure Grip rear end that's equipped with moderate, pavement pounding gears. At the front of the car, custom-mounted rack and pinion steering provides smooth turns and quick reflexes. That rack is held off the ground by a first class double A-arm suspension that's a product of Magnumforce upper control arms, two inch drip spindles, fresh Aldan coil overs and modified Mancini lower control arms. Holding the car's rear end off the ground is a Reilly Motorsports triangulated four link set up that's equipped with new QA-1 coil over shocks. And at the corners of the chassis, custom Boze Alloy wheels spin 235/55R18 front and 305/45R20 rear Yokohama Advan STs around graphite gray spokes, satin-finished lips and yellow-trimmed center caps. Open this B-Body's solid closing doors and take in its custom black interior that, as an astute combination of serious hardware and modern aesthetics, is the perfect place to spend jaunts like Hot Rod's famed Power Tour. The first thing you'll notice is a pair of GS-1 touring buckets, fitted with high quality RCI harnesses, that are so supportive they'll have no problem living life 100 miles at a time. Between those seats, a custom console anchors a B&M Pro Bandit shifter between two cup holders and a remote controlled Sony CD player. At the front of that console, a clean Just Dashes dash features snazzy white-faced gauges and a modern pushbutton ignition switch. And in front of the driver, a three-spoke Momo steering wheel spins a thick black rim around a shaved steering column. Brutally fast and visually stunning, this awesome Plymouth perfectly embodies the tried and true philosophy of pushing the envelope as far as the arc will go. 1966 Pontiac GTO Drag Car - #93 NDY - Gateway Classic Cars - Indianapolis
For sale is a one-owner 1966 Pontiac GTO Drag Car located in our Indianapolis showroom. This "true" GTO, four speed car was originally purchased back on February 21st, 1966 by its current owner and was driven on the street until about 1970. They only put roughly 10,000 miles on the car before it was turned into a dedicated drag car. Since 1970, this car has only seen time on the drag strip and has sported a few different looks in its 48 year history. The current build on this car was professionally completed about 10 years ago. The new full roll cage and back half with ladder bars and coil over suspension was installed locally by Automotion Racecars. This 1966 Pontiac GTO Drag Car is powered by a monstrous Chevrolet 468 CID Big Block V8 engine, backed by a Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmission, running to a Ford 9" rear end with 4.86 gears with about 100 1/8 mile passes on the build. The 468 CID Big Block sports a Lunati Crankshaft, Eagle Rods, 12.5 to 1 Compression Ross Pistons, Cam Dynamics Roller Cam, MSD Billet Distributor, Electric Moroso Water Pump, Hooker Super Comp Headers, Weiand Aluminum High Rise Intake, Barry Grant Dominator Carburetor, MSD 7AL2 Ignition system, and Closed Chamber Aluminum Heads from a 1968 427CID/425HP Corvette! The transmission is a built up 2-speed Powerglide automatic transmission with an 8", 5,000 stall torque converter, trans brake, and an electronically controlled ratchet shifter. The Ford 9" rear end houses Strange Spool and Axles with 4.86 gears. This car leaves hard from the line, heading straight down the track and consistently hits elapsed times in the 6.20's in an 1/8 mile run! Options on this 1966 Pontiac GTO Drag Car for sale include: 5-Point RCI Safety Harness, Racing Slicks, Aluminum Alloy Wheels, 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, Dedenbear Super Cross-Over Reaction Time Delay Box, Trans Brake, and Front Brake Line Lock. Giving you the traction you need in this beast are Goodyear Eagle Dragway Special racing slicks measuring 32.0/14.5/15 wrapped around Weld Racing Wheels. Up in the front are Firestone 4.5/26.0/15 "skinny's" also wrapped in Weld Racing Wheels. Helping slow you down at the end of the track are 4 Piston Wilwood Disc Brakes on all four corners. The exterior was adapted with weight being a concern so fiberglass doors, hood, trunk lid, and bumpers were added to trim some weight. The front clip can also be removed as one piece with the removal of a few bolts. The gorgeous red exterior paint was done at the time of restoration and shows very well, so much so that it won "Best Appearing Super Pro Door Car" at the 1997 Division 3 E.T. Finals! If you are looking for one of the best looking, turn-key drag cars out there, THIS IS IT!
