2001 Chevy S-10 580cid (1350hp) Prostock Drag Racing - Initial Testing
This video covers the initial passes and testing of our ProStock truck. The
engine was a 580cid Steve Schmidt Prostock motor and we ran a glide trans
to save on maintenance. This combination is capable of 6s @ 200+mph with a
5-speed manual trans.

My dads friend doin 131 mph in the 1/8th he isnt goin full power because
the dont thing the track can handel the car... The blazer has a Merlin 638
with other mods puttin out about 2000hp and its street Legal
Fast S10 With Stock Suspension
Test run. This is on 28 x 10.5 tires, stock suspension & stock frame
rails, small block 352 chev, one carb and at 3115 pounds. In 1/4 mile it
will run mid 8's.

This is a step by step collage of th prep and painting of an S-10 Chevy
Drag Truck by ATLANTIC FIBERGLASS AND COLLISION of Point Harbor, NC 1 mile
west of the Wright Bros. Memorial Bridge on the way to the OBX. The
bodywork and paint was done by Ken Powell. THe Airbrushed Headlights and
Grill was done by EFXbyHARRY. Harry also layed out the flames and Ken

7.77 Seconds @ 180.00 MPH -- New NHRDA Record.
The record took place March 7, 2009 at the NHRDA Desert Diesel Nationals at
the SpeedWorld Dragstrip in Wittman, Arizona.

filming is a bit of a tard... the truck still have the old 4L60E tranny
with 126,000 miles on it... 3.42 limited slip rear end... stock vortec
intake and stock vortec tune... this truck is no where near finished just
together so i have somthing to drive lol ya its my DD!
2012 STREET KINGS RACE!!
It all started with an idea of who had the fastest street car in the NE
Texas area. After lots of discussion, a couple of meetings, it all finally
came together at Redline Raceway near Caddo Mills, TX on 3/31/2012.
Rules were as follows:
Current tags, inspection, insurance, DOT tires, maximum 29x14.50 or 315
drag radial, stock style suspension, any weight, any power adder, pro tree
