103" Streetglide w/ Thunderheader and Woods TW-7H cams
This is the latest greatest rendition of my scooter. I got rid of my true
duals and picked up a used Thunderheader off eBay. I also got rid of my
Andrews 31's and went with a pair of Woods TW-7H's along with a set of
Woods directional lifters and a set of SE tapered adjustable pushrods.The
heads have a street port and polish with stock valves and a little cut to
Boost compression slightly. CCP is
about 205# with these Woods cams. Tuned by Jason at Faribault H-D with a SE
Pro Super Tuner and DynoJet Dyno. 100 HP and 115 TQ with SAE
cf with no torque dip in the midrange! I did bend two of the baffle vanes
all the way out on the Thundercone to achieve this and probably gave up a
couple HP, but the torque curve is great. Bike had 40,000 miles on it when
I did all this earlier this summer; rode it to the west coast after the
mods. Two-up, fast, mountains, hot weather, tourpack with a big T-bag on
top of it.... Used maybe a cup of oil in 4000 miles. 20W60 Redline. Baisely
oil pressure spring and plunger.

The SuperTrapp Stouts' tapered core is minimally louder than stock for '10
-- '12 FLH / FLT models. SuperTrapp Stout Slip-Ons provide a heavy, broad
spread power curve right from idle w/ a 9.3 (16%) hp and 10.5 (14%) torque
gain over stock (measured on a stock 2010 FLH). At 95.6 dB @ 2,000 rpm, or
2.4dB over stock. SuperTrapp Stouts are SAE-J2825 sound compliant.
SuperTrapp Stouts are compatible with SuperTrapp True Duals.

I built the engine on this bike and when it was time for a new tire, the
customer wanted me to burn up the old one. I happily obliged. What kind of

you can call that a happy customer. And I am just doing my job. If only I
got paid to do wheelies...
Harley Davidson Lowside Motorcycle Crash
Customized Harley Bagger crash near the Rock Store. Great recovery, used
momentum to land back on his feet then just walked away while bike was
still crashing. Very lucky, he was uninjured except just a quarter size
spot of road rash on his knee. AKA Harley Street Glide
