2006 Chevy Monte Carlo SS Driven by Dale Earnhardt Jr. Blk

Someone snagged this Monte Carlo driven by Dale Jr. at the Talladega Speedway. Now anyone else would hide evidence of previous problems...and this car lightly scraped the wall at the speedway. However, being Dale's ride, those scrapes have made the car more collectible..if you can stand the scrapes!

Nice car, up for auction, with a rare dealer installed sunroof. It should be a good performer with the 340! Love the dual hood scoops! Nice car! 3800 engine that's supercharged. Looks like it just came from the showroom. Note the certificate of authenticity on the windshield.

1960 Ford Galaxie Starliner Wht Longwood071115
Things were rather chaotic at Ford when this car was planned in 1957. Fins were dominant in the period..and Chevy's proposed 1959 models bordered on bizarre with the deeply sculpted fins and "cat's eyes" tailights! So...enter the new 1960 Ford! You can see it has a resemblance to the 1959 Chevy, with an emphasis on the deeply sculpted rear quarter panel ending in those prominent horizontal fins...just like Chevrolet! Some have criticized this style...I find it appealing. The 1961 models further refined it, and took some of the edges off, and returned to round tailights.
