Cadwell park HSCC Hillman Imps VS Minis
The up to 1300cc race at Cadwell Park, Because of the up to 1300cc rule it was virtually an Imp VS Mini race. Simon Benoy took a very deserving win after the restart. Unfortunatly on the restart David Heale's gearbox broke due to no fault of his own, full race Imps are hard to get off the line because they are rear engined and rear wheel drive, they don't get the wheel spin like some of the other cars, that coupled with having a full race cam means alot of revs are required to get the car moving. Plus a race clutch makes slipping the clutch difficult.
