The gearbox snapped like a twig on launch. * We're actually HAPPY that we finally found its limits. We knew it was only a matter of time and needed to upgrade the tranny to be able to take the car to the next power level (700...800...900HP and beyond.) John Reese's 2009 Nissan GT-R R35 (him driving) running 10.802@126.54 in the 1/4 mile. Record 60ft: 1.51! Orlando Speedworld on December 7, 2008. Temperature was about 62F. It was a new GT-R record at the moment of the run. Car Mods: HKS GT570 Kit w/ ECU tweaks, Amuse Exhaust, Harman Motive intake.

Samurai Speed sets yet another GT-R record!!! Currently the world's fastest GT-R R35. Sunday, December 21, 2008 at Orlando Speedworld. Temperature was 74 degrees. Running 100 octane. * Same mods listed in our 10.80 run. We merely changed a few controller settings (still running 17psi). Launch control was used. John Reese (owner) driving.

Turbo Integra Type R vs Nissan Skyline R35 GTR
Integra was running 11.6-11.7s all day but had a bad run. This pass the Integra Spun and only had 1.9 60ft on 24.5x8.5x15inch slicks. Integra makes 380whp GTR is stock. GTR cost 93,500. Integra owner has $8000 in to whole car. GTR runs 12.093 @123mph ITR run 12.540 @120.72 Search "ITR first pass ever" for 11.6 pass





Samurai Speed GT-R Engine Explosion!
IMPORTANT UPDATE: ENGINE IS 100% FINE! The engine turned out to be okay. It was the bell housing the exploded from too much torque! We'll get her fixed and back to the track quickly! After finding the limits of the R35 transmission we're now working on finding the limits of the engine. We added a 150 shot of Nitrous to our already 600+whp GT-R and created some fireworks! (And, unfortunately, damaged the engine.) But we'll rebuild the engine stronger than ever and be back with even BIGGER HP! Stay tuned.

Courage is strong in this beautiful GTR Pilot! She took the directions given to her and just rolled with it! I love the part where the fear takes over body control, which makes it hard for her to think straight to let off the gas to make it stop. Hahahahaha This is by far the best GTR Reaction I have ever seen with for GTR Launch control.
