Fully built SRT4: won't start after E85 unconversion (Boostaholics Episode 2)

The problem was camshaft position sensor needed to be adjusted, and one of the injectors wasn't firing right. Also, FIC injectors have a 50% longer delay time than most. While this wasn't the sole source of the issue, it did not help. As of now, the car is up and running and 100% healthy! We turned the Boost up further after many 700+ Dyno runs and started to slip the tires on the drum...so more power is was made but the street tires could not tame this beast on the Dyno! We were simply using Dyno to tune new turbo and injectorsand were not going for any big numbers at all. Last years (old setup) Borg Warner S368 turbo went 10.15 et & 149 mph at Mid Michigan Motorplex (Stanton MI).
