2013 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT Test Drive & Sports Car Video Review

http://www.autobytel.com/ford/Mustang/2013/?id=32972 The 2013 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT continues the heritage of the pony car in a big way. The base Mustang comes with a powerful V-6 engine while the GT gets the venerable 5.0 liter V-8 engine. The Mustang is a no non-sense muscle car that combines everything from the old iconic car and combines it with modern technology. The result is a great performing sports car that pays homage to the Mustangs of year gone by. The 2013 Ford Mustang base V-6 costs $22,200 while the 5.0 GT Coupe starts at $30,300. The 2013 Mustang GT is powered by a 5.0 liter V-8 engine that makes 412 horsepower and 390 lb-ft. of torque. The engine features a high 11:1 compression ratio, Coil on Plug ignition, and variable camshaft timing. Transmission choices are either a six-speed manual or a six-speed SelectShift automatic. Fuel economy figures are 15 MPG in the city and 26 MPG on the highway. The 2013 Ford Mustang features a new front end that looks similar to the Shelby GT500 with its aggressive front bumper and splitter that adds downforce. The hood features functional heat extractors. The wheels are 18-inch painted aluminum pieces. Out back the taillights have LEDs integrated in them which really pop at night. On the inside the 2013 Ford Mustang GT also revisits some former glory with a big dose of modern technology. Retro meets cool thanks to the stylish gauges and the double dip dash. The Recaro seats hint at the true sports car heritage underneath. These seats are comfortable and very supportive. The aluminum accents give the Mustang some flair while the interior lighting can be adjusted to fit your mood. The Shaker Audio System includes a few subwoofers. The 2013 Ford Mustang GT is a car you can have a blast in. No longer is the Mustang a straight-line Muscle car, instead it has morphed into a true sports car with a very affordable price tag. You can order the 2013 Ford Mustang as a coupe or a convertible. There is a great variety of extras, options, and packages to make your Mustang stand out from the crowd. 2013 Ford Flex EcoBoost Car Video & Crossover Review
http://www.autobytel.com/ford/flex/2013/?id=32972 The 2013 Ford Flex is a crossover vehicle that has won the hearts of many owners out there. Part car, part van, and part station wagon; the Flex is full of surprises. Can any other station wagon haul seven people and all their gear with over 365 horsepower? There are 3 different trim levels starting with the SE which costs $30,885, the SEL which costs $33,225, up to the Limited EcoBoost AWD which costs $43,850. There is quite a big gap there but the 3 different trims come in either FWD or AWD configurations. The SE and SEL are powered by a 3.5 Liter V-6 that pushes 285 horsepower while getting 18 MPG in the city and 25MPG on the highway. Step up to the twin-turbocharged V-6 EcoBoost engine with AWD will cost you a few miles per gallon (16 MPG in the city and 23 MPG on the highway), but you get 365 horsepower and 350 lb-ft. of torque in return. The 3rd row seating features a 50/50 split folding bench. The 2013 Ford Flex is quite versatile and there is a ton of cargo room with over 80 cubic feet of storage space. The doors are large enough to make entering and exiting the vehicle a breeze. There is a lot of legroom for adults. Also the Flex can be purchased with all the Ford technology available like Voice Activated Navigation to the SYNC in-car connectivity system. On the outside there is no mistaking the 2013 Ford Flex with any old crossover or station wagon. The styling is bold and Ford took some risks with the interesting grille up front, chrome accents, and the grooved door panels that run down the side of the Flex. The two-tone paint gives the Flex a modern throw-back feel. The large 20-inch aluminum wheels make a visual statement. The 2013 Ford Flex is definitely one of the coolest crossover cruisers out there. 2013 Lamborghini Aventador Test Drive & Exotic Car Video Review
Wow is about the only word that comes to mind when you view the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador for the first time. Press the throttle and this exotic car warps your mind. This sexy beast is the rightful heir to the Lambo throne and replaces the Murcielago as the ubber raging bull. With any new Lamborghini release, the world becomes enamored and awestruck, but this 700 horsepower all-wheel drive beast has really upped the exotic car game and left its competitors in the dust. So what's it cost to drive the pinnacle of automotive engineering? Try a cool $400k on for size! Check out all the specs on the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador http://www.autobytel.com/lamborghini/aventador/2013/?id=32972 50 years ago a man named Ferruccio who owned a successful tractor company wanted to buy a sports car so he bought a Ferrari. He liked the car but had a few suggestions to make it better. When Enzo Ferrari snubbed Ferruccio the battle for exotic car supremacy was born. Now on the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini, we have this, the greatest Lamborghini's of all time: the Aventador. There is a new king at the top of the Lamborghini family tree. The Murcielago has been loved for many years and the Aventador has stepped up to take its place. This is the biggest and baddest Lambo you can buy. The car reviewed here in the test drive video sports a $14,000 matte paint job that looks amazing. Up front the headlights are gorgeous with the unique LED daytime running light "Y" style. Down the side you notice the massive wheels with the huge carbon-ceramic brakes and bright orange calipers. The car is very low measuring only 44 inches tall. The scissor doors look fantastic and are a Lamborghini trade mark. Out back the engine is open only covered by a transparent bonnet allowing you to see the heart of this beast. The wicked looking tail lamps mimic the pattern seen on the headlights. The whole look is aggressive supercar super amazing! Under the bonnet is a 6.5 liter V-12 engine that produces 691 horsepower and 508 lb-ft. of torque. This rocket ship blast from 0-60 MPH in 2.9 seconds! Keep your foot planted and the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador has a top speed of 207 MPH. The ISR gearbox is a 7-speed transmission that shifts in milliseconds. Another innovation on the Aventador is the push-rod style suspension. This setup is more commonly seen in Formula-1 race cars. The interior on the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador is inspired by a fighter jet cockpit. The steering wheel feels great in your hands; the center stack is perfectly angled to allow the driver to monitor climate, navigation, and audio. The gauges are not analog rather a TFT Screen. Driving the Aventador is the closest thing to flying a fighter jet. The acceleration is wild and the engine is ferocious making lots of noise since its mounted right behind the cabin. Besides the power, this exotic car handles fantastically. There are 3 different drive modes on the Aventador. Strada is the normal mode where traction control is at its fullest, the Exhaust note is muted a bit, and the shifts are easier. Sport mode relaxes the traction control and shifts get a little quicker. For the real Lamborghini experience, pop the car into Corsa mode and the car go on full tilt with lightning fast shifts. At over $400k this car is only for the rich. But they are getting an amazing machine that is wild, brash, in your face, and aggressive. It's everything you would want from a Lamborghini Supercar! There is no better way to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini than by driving the 2013 Aventador. The Cadillac CUE stands for Cadillac User Experience and it is the next generation data and entertainment control system that will be featured in new Cadillac vehicles like the ATS, XTS, and 2013 SRX. This latest generation of infotainment adds connectivity and user interface into one easy to manage system. The CUE will be the centerpiece of all future Cadillac interiors. With CUE the operator will be able to control various applications including audio, phone, navigation, heating, and air conditioning systems. The home screen is nicely integrated into the dash and features a large 8-inch LCD touch screen. The screen also provides something called tactile feedback which is essentially a pulse that is returned when you touch a button. The storage bin located behind the control panel allows you to plugin in your mobile phone which is then operated via Bluetooth through the CUE system. As an additional option, the 12.3 LCD gauge cluster will replace the regular analog gauges like speedometer and tachometer with a full customizable set of data readouts. There are 4 different screen layouts that mix the vehicle data you choose. On the steering wheel there are integrated controls to manage the LCD gauge cluster, any apps, or practically any system the CUE manages. The Cadillac CUE system operated like a smart phone or tablet in many ways. You can download various applications that can be integrated within the CUE interface. All the favorites are included like Pandora, Sirius XM Satellite Radio, OnStar, and more. The 3-D navigation offers turn by turn instructions and you can also get real-time weather reports. The CUE system features voice recognition which adds to the ability to control the entire system hands free. The Cadillac User Experience aims to deliver a very customized and tailored interface that pushes forward the Cadillac brand image. The CUE employs many of the gestures commonly used on today's most popular smart phones and tablets meaning you will be able to understand and navigate your way through the system. 2013 Ford Taurus SHO EcoBoost Test Drive & Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/ford/taurus/2013/sho-awd/?id=32972 The 2013 Ford Taurus SHO is a comfortable cruiser with a mean bite. This full-sized sedan packs 365 horsepower while getting good fuel economy numbers. The SHO is the top of the line Taurus model packed with all the features and options that Ford could cram into this vehicle. The base price on the Taurus SHO is $39,200 and there are really no other vehicles in this segment that can match the performance at this price point. The 2013 Ford Taurus SHO is powered by a twin-turbo 3.5 liter V-6 EcoBoost engine that gives the power of a V-8 with the fuel economy of a V-6. This engine also features direct injection which sprays fuel directly into the cylinder; which in turn gives you optimal performance with lower emissions. The power output is 365 horsepower and 350 lb-ft. of torque. The 6-speed automatic transmission features steering wheel mounted shifters. Power is put down to the ground through an AWD system that uses Torque Vectoring which keeps the car in control by applying brake pressure between the front and rear wheels. This not only keep the passengers safe and the drive in control but it also allows the Taurus SHO to hug corners. On the outside the 2013 Ford Taurus SHO gets a couple of updates over the previous model. There are new projector beam headlights with daytime running LED lights that make a real visual impact. The SHO model gets a unique piano-black mesh grille with chrome accent pieces. Also exclusive to the SHO model is the sporty and functional rear spoiler that increases downforce. Underneath the full-size sedan lives a true dual Exhaust system that not only aids in the performance department; but it also looks and sounds cool. 19-inch aluminum rims are standard on the 2013 Ford Taurus SHO model but you can upgrade to either 20-inch machined or 20-inch aluminum wheels wrapped in high performance tires. On the inside the 2013 Ford Taurus SHO sports Multi-contour seats with active motion which give the front passengers a lower back and upper leg message. These leather trimmed units have both a heating and cooling mechanism built in. The push button start is a must for any technologically advanced sedan. The instrument cluster features a speedometer in the middle surrounded by a LCD screen on each side that is customizable to display the information that is most important to the driver. Both the steering wheel and the voice activated SYNC system can control the radio, phone, navigation, climate controls, and more. The stereo system features 12 speakers located throughout the interior of the car and HD Radio is standard on the SHO. All of the technology in the 2013 Ford Taurus SHO is easily within reach.
