2013 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT Test Drive & Sports Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/ford/Mustang/2013/?id=32972 The 2013 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT continues the heritage of the pony car in a big way. The base Mustang comes with a powerful V-6 engine while the GT gets the venerable 5.0 liter V-8 engine. The Mustang is a no non-sense muscle car that combines everything from the old iconic car and combines it with modern technology. The result is a great performing sports car that pays homage to the Mustangs of year gone by. The 2013 Ford Mustang base V-6 costs $22,200 while the 5.0 GT Coupe starts at $30,300.
The 2013 Mustang GT is powered by a 5.0 liter V-8 engine that makes 412 horsepower and 390 lb-ft. of torque. The engine features a high 11:1 compression ratio, Coil on Plug ignition, and variable camshaft timing. Transmission choices are either a six-speed manual or a six-speed SelectShift automatic. Fuel economy figures are 15 MPG in the city and 26 MPG on the highway.
The 2013 Ford Mustang features a new front end that looks similar to the Shelby GT500 with its aggressive front bumper and splitter that adds downforce. The hood features functional heat extractors. The wheels are 18-inch painted aluminum pieces. Out back the taillights have LEDs integrated in them which really pop at night. On the inside the 2013 Ford Mustang GT also revisits some former glory with a big dose of modern technology. Retro meets cool thanks to the stylish gauges and the double dip dash. The Recaro seats hint at the true sports car heritage underneath. These seats are comfortable and very supportive. The aluminum accents give the Mustang some flair while the interior lighting can be adjusted to fit your mood. The Shaker Audio System includes a few subwoofers.
The 2013 Ford Mustang GT is a car you can have a blast in. No longer is the Mustang a straight-line Muscle car, instead it has morphed into a true sports car with a very affordable price tag. You can order the 2013 Ford Mustang as a coupe or a convertible. There is a great variety of extras, options, and packages to make your Mustang stand out from the crowd.

2013 Ford Flex EcoBoost Car Video & Crossover Review
http://www.autobytel.com/ford/flex/2013/?id=32972 The 2013 Ford Flex is a
crossover vehicle that has won the hearts of many owners out there. Part
car, part van, and part station wagon; the Flex is full of surprises. Can
any other station wagon haul seven people and all their gear with over 365
are 3 different trim levels starting with the SE which costs $30,885, the
SEL which costs $33,225, up to the Limited EcoBoost AWD which costs $43,850.
There is quite a big gap there but the 3 different trims come in either FWD
or AWD configurations. The SE and SEL are powered by a 3.5 Liter V-6 that
pushes 285 horsepower while getting 18
MPG in the city and 25MPG on the highway. Step up to the twin-turbocharged V-6 EcoBoost engine with AWD will cost you a few
miles per gallon (16 MPG in the city and 23 MPG on the highway), but you
get 365 horsepower
and 350 lb-ft. of torque in return.
The 3rd row seating features a 50/50 split folding bench. The 2013 Ford
Flex is quite versatile and there is a ton of cargo room with over 80 cubic
feet of storage space. The doors are large enough to make entering and
exiting the vehicle a breeze. There is a lot of legroom for adults. Also
the Flex can be purchased with all the Ford technology available like Voice
Activated Navigation to the SYNC in-car connectivity system.
On the outside there is no mistaking the 2013 Ford Flex with any old
crossover or station wagon. The styling is bold and Ford took some risks
with the interesting grille up front, chrome accents, and the grooved door
panels that run down the side of the Flex. The two-tone paint gives the
Flex a modern throw-back feel. The large 20-inch aluminum wheels make a
visual statement. The 2013 Ford Flex is definitely one of the coolest
crossover cruisers out there.

Cadillac CUE Infotainment System -- Car Video Review of the Cadillac User Experience
The Cadillac CUE stands for Cadillac User Experience and it is the next
generation data and entertainment control system that will be featured in
new Cadillac vehicles like the ATS, XTS, and 2013 SRX. This latest
generation of infotainment adds connectivity and user interface into one
easy to manage system. The CUE will be the centerpiece of all future
Cadillac interiors. With CUE the operator will be able to control various
applications including audio, phone, navigation, heating, and air
The home screen is nicely integrated into the dash and features a large
8-inch LCD touch screen. The screen also provides something called tactile
feedback which is essentially a pulse that is returned when you touch a
button. The storage bin located behind the control panel allows you to
plugin in your mobile phone which is then operated via Bluetooth through
the CUE system.
As an additional option, the 12.3 LCD gauge cluster will replace the
regular analog gauges like speedometer and tachometer with a full
customizable set of data readouts. There are 4 different screen layouts
that mix the vehicle data you choose. On the steering wheel there are
integrated controls to manage the LCD gauge cluster, any apps, or
practically any system the CUE manages.
The Cadillac CUE system operated like a smart phone or tablet in many ways.
You can download various applications that can be integrated within the CUE
interface. All the favorites are included like Pandora, Sirius XM Satellite
Radio, OnStar, and more. The 3-D navigation offers turn by turn
instructions and you can also get real-time weather reports. The CUE system
features voice recognition which adds to the ability to control the entire
system hands free.
The Cadillac User Experience aims to deliver a very customized and tailored
interface that pushes forward the Cadillac brand image. The CUE employs
many of the gestures commonly used on today's most popular smart phones and
tablets meaning you will be able to understand and navigate your way
through the system.

2012 Porsche Panamera Test Drive & Luxury Sports Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/porsche/panamera/2012/?id=32972 The 2012 Porsche
Panamera is an interesting combination of automotive delicacies. The
Panamera is one part sports car, one part luxury car, one part hatchback,
and one part sedan. Over the past decade, Porsche has created a few unique
vehicles to target a broad range of car buyers. The Boxster is aimed at the
entry level sports car enthusiast while the Cayenne is aimed at those
looking for a quick SUV. But the Panamera offers 911 performance with a
usable back seat. The 2012 Porsche Panamera can range from $75,200 for the
base model all the way to $173,200 for the top of the line turbo S model.
The vehicle tested in this video is the base model Panamera 4 (AWD). It is
powered by a lightweight and direct injected 3.6 liter V-6 engine that
makes 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft. of
torque. The transmission is the famous PDK twin-cutch 7-speed unit that
shifts lighting quick. Fuel economy on the 2012 Porsche Panamera is 18 MPG
in the city and 26 MPG on the highway thanks in part to an auto start/stop
system which shuts down the engine while the car is sitting idle. Sixty MPH
flies by in 5.8 seconds and the Panamera 4 has a top speed of 159 MPH. The
Panamera handles incredibly well thanks to the Porsche Traction Management
system. The AWD monitors driving situations and can adjust power as need.
The Panamera is equipped with Anti-Slip Regulation and Automatic Brake
Porsche Active Suspension Management is optional on the Panamera 4. This
system provides electronic dampening at all 4 corners of the car thus
reducing body roll and increasing handling. The system will also tighten up
the setting based on the selection of modes: Comfort, Sport, and Sport
Plus. The rims are 18-inch alloys wrapped in sticky rubber. The 2012
Porsche Panamera comes with huge 360 mm brakes up front and 330 mm brakes
out back. The calipers are six-piston units. Safety wise besides all the
electronic computer controlled systems, the Panamera 4 features a full
compliment of 2-stage airbags for both the front and rear passengers.
With the rear seats up the Panamera has a luggage compartment with over 15
cubic feet of storage space. But with he seats down the hatchback design
allows for over 44 cubic feet of cargo room which is a large amount for
this segment. And believe it or not the 2012 Porsche Panamera can tow up to
4850 lbs. The Panamera is a very efficient and powerful sports car that
offers a high level of luxury and sophistication while being able to
transport 4 passengers in style.

2013 Ford Taurus Test Drive & Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/ford/taurus/2013/?id=32972 The Ford Taurus dates
all the way back to the 1986 model year. Over the past 25 years the Taurus
has had its ups and downs. When the Japanese mid-sized sedans starting
winning the sales war, Ford shifted their attention to SUVs. And the Taurus
was eventually discontinued being replaced at the mid-size level by the
Fusion and at the full-size level by the Ford 500. Well now the Taurus is
back and better than ever. The 6th generation debuted in 2010 and has now
received a refresh for the 2013 model year. There are 4 different trim
levels including the base SE which costs $26,600, the SEL which costs
$28,800, the Limited which costs $33,000, and the SHO which costs $39,200
and is reviewed elsewhere.
The 2013 Ford Taurus is a full-sized sedan that was given a mean and sharp
look that follows Ford's new design direction. Up front the grille,
projector headlights, and LED running lights really grab your attention.
The Taurus has a wide stance at over 76-inches which give this sedan a
comfortable ride. Out back the 2013 Ford Taurus features an integrated
spoiler on the trunk, and a chrome-tipped dual Exhaust system. Depending on the trim level
there are a couple of different wheel packages. The SE trim gets 17-inch
rims, the SEL trim gets 18-inch rims, and the Limited gets 19-inch rims.
There is an option to upgrade to large 20-inch polished aluminum wheels.
The 2013 Ford Taurus comes in both FWD and AWD configurations. There are 3
different engine to choose from. The base engine is a 3.5 liter V-6 that
makes 288 horsepower and 254 lb-ft. of
torque. This engine has a 6-speed automatic and gets 19 MPG in the city and
29 MPG on the highway. The second engine is a turbocharged 2.0 liter 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine that makes 240 horsepower and 270 lb-ft. of
torque. This smaller displacement engine gets the best gas mileage at 22
MPG in the city and 32 MPG on the highway. The top of the line engine is a
twin-turbo 3.5 liter found on the SHO
model. You can learn more about that engine by watching our review of the
Taurus SHO below.
On the inside the Taurus gives you a premium interior with lots of
technology and passenger amenities. The seats are high quality leather and
feature power adjustable controls with both heating and cooling option.
Even the rear seats have a heater function which is usually reserved for
vehicles in the high end luxury category. The 2013 Ford Taurus is packed
with many technological options like HD Radio, ambient lighting, Adaptive
Cruise Control, MyKey, SYNC, and MyFord Touch to name a few.
