Chevrolet Colorado VS GMC Canyon Start Up, Engine, and In Depth Comparison
In this video I give a full in depth tour and comparison of the chevrolet
colorado and gmc canyon. I take viewers on a close look through the
interior and exterior of these trucks while showing details, over viewing
of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicles themselves. I
also show the engines and the details of them, start them up and see how
they sound under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of these trucks
designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicles.

2005 GMC canyon exhaust flowmaster cat-back
2005 GMC canyon 3.5L low milage . Great mid-size trucks ready to start any
project...whether it is to race or to lift and go off road. This particular
one has stock engine with cat back flowmaster 40. I'ved raced stock toyota
tundras, tacomas, and the V8 dodge rams with "HEMI" engines...and its no
match for these canyon trucks...they've got a great take off and great gas
milage...Can't ask for more!!!

2004 Chevy Colorado Sport 1/4 Mile Run -- Flowmaster Super 40 -- Burning Rubber
Here is a quarter mile run in my modded Chevy Colorado with the 5 cylinder.
Its running a single Exhaust catback
with Flowmaster Super 40 muffler and a cold air intake. I ran a best of
15.1 @ 89 mph that night. Other tricks were dropping the air pressure in
the rear tires (axle hop on Colorado's are terrible) and pulling about 200
lbs of crap out of the truck (spare tire, jack, sound insulation, interior
bits and installing a lighter aftermarket hood). I was a little
disappointed that I never got it into the 14s. My truck was a black
regular cab (the lightest Colorado you can get). I don't think Chevy
allows you to order the I-5 engine on base regular cabs any more. That
Aisin 5 speed manual was the best I've ever experienced in a truck (and it
was the same manual used in the Solstice /Sky).
Overall it was a fun truck, but I have since traded it in on something much
faster. I do miss that unique,
raspy 5 cylinder growl when I had it wide open, though.
