Tuned Audi S4 bi-turbo vs Tuned BMW 335d @ VMAX
April 2009 at "VMAX". An event held at Bruningthorpe Proving Ground inthe UK. 2 miles of runway. Approx 1.5/1.6 miles to a laser timing beam and then the rest to stop! This footage is from is a 1998 Audi S4 (v6 bi-turbo) with an MRC Tuning custom map , running against a Evolve tuned BMW 335d. We (well I wasn't) were not racing off the line. The 335 had a lead from the start and braked early on this run, but both achieved the same best terminal speeds on the day in the distance - 167mph. BMW 335d (E90) vs 330d xDrive (E91) bei Regen [GoPro]
Duell zwischen einer 335d Limousine und dem kleineren Allradbruder 330d xDrive. Aufgrund der zunehmend nassen Straße hat der 335d leider kaum eine Chance beim Start seine Mehrleistung auszuspielen. Erst bei ca. 160 km/h kann der 335d vorbeiziehen. Auf trockener Straße hat der 330d xDrive bis 100 nur einen kleinen Vorteil, danach zieht der 335d gnadenlos vorbei, genau wie im Durchzug ab 60.
