This has been absolutely the most exciting car I have ever owned. It is so fast and so stable that I am sick that I have to sell it. I have bad knee damage after an accident and can not long enjoy the car like I used to. I'm hoping to pass the car along to someone that appreciates this rare car. I am in no hurry whatsoever to sell it, but given that I still have to pay insurance, I'd like to sell it sooner than later. This is the very rare S54 inline 315hp, 7600RPM Redline, 6 cylinder engine. Khumo Ecsta Z-rated tires are about 50% worn Has a few dings in the body but nothing too hard to have taken out. Cracked reflectors on the front fascia A little chin damage Sunroof is stuck open. Since this is my daily driver, I'm going to be getting this fixed pretty quickly. If someone speaks up for the car before I get it fixed, I'm willing to discount the price. Wheels are in good shape, but the factory starburst silver paint is flaking a bit. I will be very honest with you about the car's mechanical condition. I consider myself to have been a caretaker, rather than an owner. Other than the items above, the car is in very good condition and is mechanically sound. Engine is strong and gets 20MPG pretty consistently. I can squeeze out about 23 MPG on long road-trips with the cruise control. I have kept the maintenance up and it shows in the way the vehicle performs. With the exception of a few trips to BMW of San Diego, I have taken it to Performance European in Kearny Mesa for it's regular maintenance and any necessary mechanical repairs. Extras: Adjustable Koni Shocks all around K&N air filter Lojak that I am willing to transfer to the new owner. If you are serious about this car, reply back and we can arrange a time for you to drive it. Here are some questions and answers I have received from other interested parties: 1. Are there any problems with the car (other than in the listing) and does it have a clear title? There other very minor little thing that are more annoying than anything. For example, the environmental control for the air level sticks a little. There is a scratch on the driver's side window from a broken part inside the door panel. I had the window motor replaced (way back, maybe 5 years ago) but when it broke, there was some kind of part misalignment and scratched the glass. For cost reasons, I opted not to replace the glass. The hood release latch has a little personality.....nit-picky stuff I think. I have clear title to the vehicle. 2. Has it had the bmw inspection 2 done yet? All required and periodic maintenance has been done on the car. 3. How does the rear sub-frame look, any pictures of the welds / brackets? Years back when they put in the Koni shocks and he told me there was no damage. If you wanted to have this inspected, you could do it on your dime. 4. How firm are you on the price? Selling this car is like saying good-bye to a hot young lady girlfriend. I'm not FIRM, but my emotional attachment to it will keep me from budging too much. I would be more than happy to negotiate on $$ after you have driven the car and are satisfied that it's in the condition you need it to be. 5. Are you interested in trades? no. 6. I just checked it and it looks right. The multiple owners are me. I got married and retitled after that. Then I lost my front plate and had to re-register and re-title. It would be easy enough for me to prove and document that I'm the second owner of this vehicle. 24h Barcelona 2011 - YMOR BMW Z3 M Coupe - Bas Koeten Racing
On 22-24 September 24h Barcelona was held on F1 Circuit de Catalunya. The Dutch team of Bas Koeten Racing participated with the YMOR BMW Z3 M Coupe, a great endurance racecar with just over 300 HP, a sequential gearbox with paddleshift and a 3.0 liter M3 engine. The team with drivers Richard Budding, Martin van den Berge, Simon Gras and teamowner Bas Koeten ended 1st in the A4-class and 15th overall (of more than 60 cars) after 24 hours.
