The speeds are legit!!! Duke beat Dan in the 3rd Race forcing a final match and Dan told me himself that he GPS'd 101 in his Round loss agains Duke. Note: Unlimited Racers rarely do the Radar Runs that were held on Saturday to save their skis for the races, but the official speed record is 101.7mph now. (See ijsba link)
Duke builds his own skis using Sea Doo motors in Yamaha hulls, called 'Conversions'. He is based out of Titusville, Fl and routinely builds 90+mph RELIABLE skis.
