1988 CHEVROLET ONE TON DUALLY 4X4 PICKUP
This truck is way too new for us but it belongs to a good friend and I
really like the truck. It's really a good-looking truck and, if you need a
truck for towing you've got to like this truck. This is a 1 ton dually. Big
block 454 Chevy engine with an automatic transmission and it's a 4 x 4. The
interior is clean and decent. The seat, door panels and dash pad are in
great shape. The body is excellent the paint looks great. Yes I did see a
couple chips in the paint, but you'll have to look hard. Has a good looking
set of wheels on it and the tires are almost new. The bed looks good. Not a
dent in the inner fenders, that is something you will not see often. It has
electric brake controller but it is missing the receptacle at the hitch.
Easy fix. Tow a big car trailer or 5th wheel and you will hardly know
you're towing it. I like driving this truck I have taken it down the
freeway, it just performs very well. It's serviced and safety checked and
ready to go. When Village Auto did the service they were very impressed
with the truck after looking it over. When you inspect this truck you will
see for yourself how well it was done. Make sure you watch the video.

A 79 chevy C-30 dually pickup w/ 454 V8
Here is a friend of ours chevy pickup. I've been told it's a 79. It has a
454 big block V8, a turbo 400 3 speed
direct automatic, and dual Exhaust
which i don't know who makes the mufflers. We changed the carburetor to a
edelbrock 4 barrel in place of the quadrapuke (quadrajet) carburetor.
Quadrajets are good carbs but when they go bad, they're bad. The quadrajet
on this was really bad, the throttle bushings were worn on it and it when
the secondaries opens up i'm assuming it just dumps fuel like crazy because
when we floored the gas it was like pop pop braaaaaap. With the old carb on
it used a quarter tank of gas to drive 10 or 15 miles.
Chevy Big Block Engine Starting
We just finished our new Chevy Big-Block engine, wich will soon find a home
in our 1980 Camaro. It
is just one of many BBC's that I have built. It is a "street friendly" 10:1
all forged, mechanical roller with too many goodies to list . It sounds
crazy and I can't wait to feel the tire shreading performance.
