I purchased this car from a couple who wanted to downsize so they could travel in their RV. At the time of purchase the grille was busted from a run-a-way shopping cart & after a lenghty search for the correct grille, I replaced it. The only issue the car has is a power antenna that doesn't stop running so until I replace it I've simply pulled the fuse.
1989 Buick Riviera w/ CRT Interface Demo Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Review
Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! YouTube's largest collection of automotive variety! In today's video, we will take an up close and personal in depth look at the 1989 Buick Riviera. The first year of the slant-back body styling. In absolutely immaculate shape. I was contacted by a private owner of this car and I couldn't pass up the opportunity. This 30k mile beauty came with the unique and quite advanced CRT touch screen interface. Basically controls all functions of the vehicle as you would in a modern vehicle equipped with touch screens! This one also came with the vinyl roof delete, which a lot of people prefer. WELCOME to the most in depth '89 riviera video on youtube :D During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and Exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

1992 Cadillac Allante Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Tour
In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 1992 Cadillac Allante. The car back in the day was as impressive as it's history. Making trips to italy and pininfarina design, and cadillac's first $50k + automobile. It was updated in 1993, which was also it's last year of production, with the northstar V8, the first cadillac to be fitted with it. By end of production it was topping $65-70k. Liquid crystal gauges, unique interior and exterior make this car one of the most unique cadillacs built at the time. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
My Car - 1996 Buick Riviera 3.8 Supercharged
Yes it's MY car, you just never hear much about it because it's always confined in our garage. It's rarely ever out. This had about 63,000 miles on it when we bought it and in seven years we put only 12,000 miles on it. (2,500 was our trip from AZ to PA)
3.8 Supercharged V6
0-60 Mph in 8 Seconds
1989 Chevy Cavalier Z24 2.8 Liter V6
I bought this car 6 years ago after several years of searching. This car, for me, is a reminder of my youth and is a near perfect example. The car is all original except for the expected maintenance and replacement of things as they wear out. There are some cars that have non-functioning hood scoops/vents but, the hood on the Z24 is made of fiberglass and the engine does take the air through the hood, which is all original. The car in her day was neither the fastest or the slowest but, she has always made music to my ears through that intake and Exhaust.
Digital Cluster in a 1990 Buick Riviera
This is a decription video of the digital cluster in my 1990 Riviera. I have been asked a couple of times about this particular cluster and decided to finally make a video of it. As you can see, the cluster does ABSOLUTELY everything! (Well, not everything.) Thank you for watching and please no rude comments!
A little cruise in my 1990 Riviera
This is a video of my Riviera cruising. I was driving the car after it set for a week and I just got done washing and waxing her. The little "dammit" was me hitting a puddle. Sorry for the shaky video, the roads around here arent the best and I was doing the best I could driving and taking the video. Thanks for watching and please no rude comments!
1997 Supercharged Buick Riviera with CAI 0-95 WOT
Just a video showing the difference in sound and performance when you upgrade to a CAI system with a supercharged 3.8 V6. Sounds amazing in person!
I no longer own my Riviera, so I will not be uploading anymore videos of this car.
1990 Buick Reatta - Full Power - 89K Miles - GONE!
The sporty little Buick Regattas' were "hand made" luxurious sports coupes produced at the Reatta Craft Centre in Lansing, Michigan. They were a downsized version of the Riviera with all of its amenities. With only 89K miles on this car, there are many more pleasant driving miles to go on its 3.8L V-6 OHV 12V Fuel Injected engine with 4 speed turbo Hydromantic transmission. This high-geared transmission makes for an extremely capable and comfortable long-distance high speed cruiser with an 18 gallon fuel tank, as well as a nice car on an evening out for just the two of you.
Features include but are not limited to, A/T, P/S, P/B, driver's front airbag, dual 6-way power seats, fog lights, power heated mirrors, keyless entry system, power antenna, power brakes, rear window defroster, premium audio system, 15 inch alloy wheels, 4-wheel ABS, electronic systems and sensors, date reminder, trip computer, anti-theft alarm system, independent suspension, leather seating, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, A/C, dual illuminated visor mirrors, remote releases for trunk, fuel filler door and glove box, power windows, power door locks, touch screen controlled 8 speaker AM/FM/Cassette Audio System and climate control functions.
With styling this unique and clean but conservative, it is easy to see why the Reatta, manufactured for only 3 years, has secured a niche as a modern collectible Buick! Beauty, power and all the amenities for the low price of only $5,950.
