1970 Sebring 12 hours
This film captures the excitement of the 1970 12-hour endurance race at
Sebring. A film shot during the golden age of racing. It features notorious
race drivers like Mario Andretti, Dan Gurney, Jacky Ickx, Pedro Rodriguez,
celebrity driver/actor Steve McQueen and mythical cars like the Ferrari
512S and Porsche 917. There is non-stop racing action as Ferrari driver
Mario Andretti barely escapes with the lead over Steve McQueen, driving
with a cast on his broken foot. Produced by Triangle Productions in
association with the Automobile Racing Club of Florida.

1965 Sebring 12 Hour Grand Prix of Endurance - "The 12 Hour Grind" - Part 2 of 5
This is the second part of "The 12 Hour Grind" which deals with the
legendary 1965 Sebring 12 Hour Grand Prix. This is the race where Jim Hall
and his Chaparral went on to victory despite the notoriously rough Sebring
course and the deluge of five inches of rain that struck half way through
the race. For the first time in many years American drivers driving an
American car had won the race. The race video will be shown in five parts.
Inside Phoenix Racing at 24 Hours of Nurburgring 2010 - Audi R8 LMS
Phoenix Racing is a motor racing team based at the Nürburgring in Germany.
The team competes in series such as the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters and
FIA GT1 World Championship.
Oliver Jarvis racing for Audi Sport Team Phoenix in 2009.
Phoenix Racing competed in the German Supertouring Championship in 1999
with Michael Bartels and Arnd Meier driving Audi A4s. The team moved to the
revived Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters series in 2000, running Opel Astra V8
Coupes, with Manuel Reuter finishing as runner-up and Bartels finishing
seventh. The team also won the 24 Hours of Nürburgring in a Porsche GT3-R
with Bartels, Uwe Alzen, Altfrid Heger and Bernd Mayländer as drivers.
Phoenix repeated this victory in 2003 in an Opel Astra with Reuter, Timo
Scheider, Volker Strycek and Marcel Tiemann. Opel began to struggle in the
DTM in 2001, with Reuter the best Opel in ninth position and Phoenix
teammate Yves Oliver finishing down in 22nd place. Phoenix and Opel never
won another DTM race up until the end of 2005, when the manufacturer
withdrew. For 2006, there was a need for more cars to be run by the
remaining two manufacturers, Mercedes-Benz and Audi. This led to Phoenix
running one-year old Audi A4s from the 2006 season onwards.
Phoenix Racing also began competing in the FIA GT Championship in 2006,
with Jean-Denis Deletraz and Andrea Piccini finishing the season as
runners-up in an Aston Martin DBR9. For 2007 the team joined up with Toine
Hezemans' Carsport Holland team to form Phoenix Carsport. Deletraz and Mike
Hezemans finished in third place in the standings racing a Corvette C6.R.
In 2008, Hezemans and Fabrizio Gollin finished as runners-up for the team.
In 2009, Carsport returned to running their team with Peka Racing, but
Phoenix and Carsport will again partner each other in 2010 for the first
season of the FIA GT1 World Championship.

ALMS Sebring 12 Hour Highlights - #30 NGT Porsche + Helicopter!
The NGT Motorsport team entered it's first professional race at the Mobil 1
12 Hours of Sebring, which is part of the American Le Mans Series
championship. Their regular drivers Henrique Cisneros and Carlos Kauffmann
were coming off the back of winning the Patron GT3 challenge in 2010. They
enlisted Pro driver Sean Edwards to accompany them during the long distance
They were consistently fastest throughout the winter test day and most of
Sebring week, but two crashed at T17 were to push the team beyond their
normal call of duty. They were unable to qualify, but the team pulled an
all nighter and had the car ready for the morning warm up, where the car
was quickest once again!
The race got underway, with NGT climbing all the way to the lead by hour 1
and holding onto it for most of the next 6 hours. Only for a mistaken wave
by and the subsequent penalty which lost them 3 laps, they would have been
fighting for the victory. Nevertheless they fought all the way back to 3rd
place and never gave up, which was an amazing feat in their first Pro race!
They also set the fastest lap of the race on a 2.07.7.
